I have been going to Jenni for 10+ years. I had an appointment on May 28 for 4 PM and she was running 40 minutes late and had a personal appointment at 530. I just decided to leave and now she has decided to personally text me and slander me and my boyfriend. Her level of professionalism is that of a elementary school kid and I'm sure her family would not be happy with how she is running the business. Her comments are very presumptuous and rude.

Went to get my nails and haircut. Nail tech was slowand Nails were done so badly I had to go to another location to have them redone. The haircut was just as bad. The beautician didn't Evan ask much less listen to what I wanted done. Didn't wash or even wet my hair down and barely even trimmed me even after I told her the cut I wanted.had to get my hair recut once I returned back home.
Absolutely love this family owned shop. Jenni is great at what she does! You will not be disappointed!
