This storage company was recommended to me and I'm very thankful for it. It's quiet, with competitive prices and nice units. However, the #1 reason is that I had a conversation with a Gilroy Police Officer who told me about the high number of break-ins the Dept. responds to at every storage facility EXCEPT Pacheco Pass Self Storage. They have NEVER had to respond to a call from here. And that is why I'm a client here.

Have had excellent service and staff support for decades.  Paula, manager, always and staff,Melicia, reflect accommodation, welcoming interactions, and professional experience. Keep up great work and cleanliness!

Paula is my competitor but I will have to admit that her property is always clean and its a guarantee that she is always smiling and willing to help everybody that comes into her office this is the next place i would store my stuff at if my companys propertys are all full. So this is the person I run too when my availability is low so we send each other business as long as our customer is happy were happy!!!

I got my storage over a month ago. I love this place the service is great, the place is always clean and I love the fact that there are cameras all over to see what is going on. I really recomend it.

Friendly staff.   Reasonable prices.  Solid older storage facility.

Helpful staff, well maintained units, and just off the freeway. A secure gate entrance helps insure your safety.

We've have had a locker here for years and Paula is always friendly and helpful!
