I have a major issue with the lack of customer service with credit union of Southern California. When I want to call the bank I want to be able to contact the branch directly and not have to go through a call center. We as customers should not have to go through a call center and should be able to speak with a member at the branch location to have my questions answered. I am completely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service provided by credit union of Southern California.
High atm fees even though they say co op. Might change banks after promised ALL ATM fees returned and no interest on credit card, which is not true.
The branch manager wearing Brawny man flanel and whose name I will not mention was etremely rude. Would not acknowledge and help or allow me to make a deposit without disclosing my health disability. He still attempted to make me wear a mask despite my condition after I pointed out to him that California's mask mandate has exemptions. He didn't seem to be very informed or focused on customer satisfaction. He told me to use the outside ATM but I told him it wouldn't work for me. I asked why the drive up wasn't offered or working. He had no explaination and repeatedy refused to process my deposit. After much pleading he said he would help but that he would be informing the bank I could no longer have access to my account at this location. He made a simple 2 min transaction take much longer even after I waited in a long line. After a long week this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. It was extremely upsetting. Still feeling usettled writing this review, but hoping some good comes from my experience today. I visited Friday 1/28/22 at 3:15pm
these people have been good to us, for 10 years.once time a personfrom another branch helping out on the weekend had an attitude & even they weren't that bad.Everyone else has been super personable & genuine feeling.Always helpful &never rush me if i need extra time to make decisions or ask them questions, also able to process things quickly if I know whats needed & just need to get in& out.The folks at this branch &over the phone have all been pleasant, even enjoyable to deal with. I recommend &brag about my bank Its a 10 $ minimum to have a checking account with savings and a debit card. Ive gotten 2 loans from them and its been a good experience also. Highly recommend credit union of southern california!
Ms. Jeanette was so great to work with! I was a bit stressed out being out of town and away from my branch to make a payment. She informed me that this bank was Ineed a shared branching and helped me through the process of making my car note. She is so professional and polite and patient. She thanked me for my service as a soldier and held a great conversation while she was processing my payment. Great customer service and professionalism. Thanks ms. Jeanette! And thanks you CUSC! :
This morning I needed to make cash deposits before I go to work. Went to the drive up ATM in the back. Did all that I needed to do then it prompt me to deposit my cash in the slot, it seemed odd that it was taking a bit longer to do the transaction. Usually it's pretty quick. All of a sudden it gave me my cash back, and ended my transaction. Did it again a few times and same thing happened. Got fed up went to the front and used the other ATM. No Problem. Now I'm a tad bit late to work and upset especially being it a Friday and traffic!!! This place needs to change that machine or fix. I've been here before and someone else had issues with that machine. So people be aware..
Do not use this banks ATM's. Pretty sure I read another review saying the same thing, but their ATM's have eaten up over $1,000 over the past month and a half. Went 2 different times to deposit money and the ATM took the money, made noise as if processing, then kept the money and spit out a ticket saying "We encountered a problem returning money". Both times it has taken over a week and a half to get the money back, and is a large inconvenience when needing to pay bills. Any way to fix this for those who work all day, and aren't off work until you're closed? Hard to trust the machines....
Everyone that I have dealt with at this bank is very nice... Keep up the good work and thank you for always handling my business in a timely manner.
Clueless. Couldn't tell me if something was withdrawn twice. Took 2 people several minutes. Then gave me my incorrect balance. I only got the correct balance when I asked for a statement and they said oh wrong acct #.
