Went to Pacific from 1990-1993 and was part of the first Class to attend the school after reopening. Graduated in 1993 and was part of the first Graduating Class. Had some great years there, and some really memorable times. The school had a great mix of Staff and they were instrumental in the path I took in life. I made some really good friends while there like Robbie Kilman, Kenny Paz, Diane Thibedeaux, and Troy Jacobs among many more. I also fell in Love for the first time with such a warm and caring girl at that time named Shelly Scott, still to this day she holds a very special place in my heart. Had some very Smart and Interesting teachers who pushed me to always be my best like Mr. Jensen, Mr. Severs, James Larive and many others. This school and its teacher and administrators were the best our school district had to offer and Im glad I was able to be a part of such a rich tradition. Thank You Pacific High School For some very special Memories and for another 25 yrs. Thank You Sincerely Brian Wilson Class of 93
Attended Pacific High 1961-1962. I got my amateur radio license there while in the Ham Radio club. The sponsor was Rush Lackner. When I attended it was just 10th thru 12th grade. They used to take the incoming 10 graders me up to Lake Arrow Head for an over night school orientation. We met the student government and learned the football cheers. I ran cross country up that killer hill and track. Great school in its day and great memories.
After I been promoted from Curtis Middle School, I started my high school years for the first time at Pacific High School. I attended for 2 years on my freshman, and sophomore year, the school was very big, and the track and football field was very huge. It also has a gymnasium where all the students play indoor basketball, and a swimming pool where all the students play Water Polo. And finally, they also have this huge graduation bowl where all the seniors attend for their graduation. The high school colors I wear on color day are purple, white, and gold. I was also a good strong singer when I first attend beginning and concert choir classes . I remembered one of the teachers from Curtis Middle School that I seen before when I first got started. I remembered the high school alma mater when I used to sing it to everyone up on stage. I've got this beautiful trophy, because I was an outstanding bass singer. My music teacher is very friendly, and she helps everyone. Her name is Sharon Chamberlain . And the rest of the teachers I remembered are Marcia Lefebvre, the social studies teacher. Craig Sievers, the agriculture teacher. Joan Doty and John Beck, the english teachers. Mike O'Connor, the softball coach. And the rest of the coaches are Tony Finazzo, Rick Castro, Bryan Taylor, and Joel Escobar. And the RSP staffs are Sandra Chapman, Kristen Countryman, Linda Skidmore, and Robert York. The principal of Pacific High School was named Dr. Mike Davitt. He's a well kinded person, and he's nice. He knows how to treat people real good in a better way. The vice principals I know are Bill Christelman, and Don Johanneck. I used to walk early in the morning at 5:30 everyday when school begins at a certain time. And here's the Pacific High School's Alma Mater. Pacific High we loved so well, with pride and joy are praises swell. Faith devotion all to thee, our Alma Mater ever be. For the learning rich and pure, and all thy training strong and sure. We will pledge our loyalty, Pacific High all hail to thee. And that's how I remembered the high school Alma Mater at Pacific High School.
