We were treated with respect and kindness by Amanda and the entire Pacific Interment staff. Highly impressed with the transparency and reasonable pricing to have my loved one cremated. In addition, the crematory is conveniently adjacent to their chapel which made it easy for our family and friends. Aside the affordable prices, the determining factor for us, was the option to directly pick up my father’s cremations. Delighted with the overall service and relieved to find a trusted crematory.
There are no words and not enough stars to rate how pleased I am with Pacific interment and the staff there that helped me with this difficult time. specifically the employee by the name of Amanda who showed compassion concern and went above and beyond to help Guide me and my family through this process. Pacific Internment did everything they promised for the cremation of my sister-in-law. They handled all the details, all interactions with the hospital and all the paperwork in a timely fashion. They were always available by phone for any questions and updates of the process. Their price was extremely reasonable. I have no hesitation in giving a strong recommendation.
From the beginning, everyone was kind, considerate, respectful and responsive. We were experiencing an obviously difficult and sad, but also unusually complicated, situation. Pacific Interment service is a well-organized process itself, provides a much needed measure of calm and order, and we will always be grateful for that. Thank you!
To anyone who’s reading this, trying to figure out what to do during an incredibly challenging and emotional time… we get it. It’s confusing, it’s stressful, and you want the company you use to treat your loved one with respect, compassion, and care. We looked online, made several calls, and read the reviews… I am so glad that we choose Pacific. From the first call where we spoke to Lazaro and Amanda to the moment they walked us to the gate with our loved one’s ashes in hand they made the whole process as seamless as you could ever imagine. Everything was done locally and quickly with an huge amount of thoughtfulness, patience, and accessibility. For obvious reasons, I hope we don’t have to use a mortuary service provider for a long long time but, when that time comes, I will definitely call Pacific.
When I received the call informing me of my brother’s passing, I was not only devastated but did not know who to contact. Believe it or not, I picked the very first listing that came up in my search. After talking with Amanda, I felt like I was in good hands. No question was stupid and I could feel the heartfelt compassion from Amanda. In fact, anyone I talked to, Myra and Joe, had the same compassion and all went above and beyond all my expectations. Anything I needed or asked of them, they made sure it was done. I later found out that my late brother also used same services for his partner. I really think he was guiding me to this place and wonderful staff. In my worst time,Pacific Internment was a god send and I highly recommend their services.
We were very pleased with Pacific Interment Service. There was a point when we scheduled the burial of the ashes, but the death certificate did not arrive yet. PIS were kind and considerate enough to not worry about the bureaucratic stuff, they gave us the ashes for our scheduled burial, which was very important to us and our friends and relatives. After the passing of our baby girl, we called a few places and landed on pacific interment to cremate my baby. Such a loving staff who was so patient and understanding and made our journey so easy with no complications. Took such lovely care of my princess. Thank you so much for guiding us through the process and communicating so well.
Pacific internment Staff worked with us to take care of Mom. In previous years they took care of my grandparents and father. They have consistently been kind, professional, and respectful.They also answer their phone at anytime day and night. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
The staff took care of my Dad. They were courteous, professional, and respectful. I thank and admire them for the difficult job they do. Often times, they are met with grieving people who are simply unable to control their emotions me. They meet you at your worst and give you their very best. I do not want to lose anyone else, but I highly recommend this place for everyone that loses someone they love. The staff here will treat your loved one like they are family.
