We went to Pacific Patio in Agoura and were greeted by Penny Dos Santos. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us put things together . She goes out of her way to make sure everything will work in our yard.she was on top of everything. When more things came in she called us. Everyone in the store was very friendly including the owner Theresa.What I liked about this store is they have diversity with all different styles and brands. Penny always made sure that when something came in she would call us.we enjoyed our shopping experience !!!!!! Penny and her staff were wonderful. No matter how many good things I say about this place, it would not be enough. This place is a true reflection of top notch customer service. I'd go as far as saying it may be the best service I have received anywhere. We just moved cross-country and needed to set up our patio, and we tried several stores in person as well as Wayfair and Amazon. Everything we got online was terrible quality and damaged and returns were a nightmare. Someone told us to try Pacific Patio and OMG thank goodness we did because it is AMAZING!! The quality of the furniture they have and the service we received from Theresa was spectacular. We went several times, once for a table, another for a couch, and then again to change our minds on the couch. Each time we were met with amazing patience and kindness. Theresa was so sweet and walked through my entire thought process in choosing the perfect pieces for my vision and my budget. Not only that, when we received our dining table, I contacted her noting that there was a nick in the table and whether I had any options. Within an hour she had the delivery team come back and replace the table. If you want great quality furniture and the customer service you dream can only dream about, go to Pacific Patio!
Great selection of high quality items. Our salesperson was very helpful and patient. We drove from Ventura because there simply wasn’t another patio furniture store with this kind of selection anywhere from Agoura to Santa Barbara. Delivery was arranged within a few days and the delivery team was very careful in setting up our items in the yard. I recommend highly.
Excellent experience! The staff are polite and respectful. Everyone is deeply knowledgeable. By far the best selection and options in the area we live 15 miles from here. Prices are excellent and in keeping with the high quality of the products, but not overpriced. The floor space is covered with awesome options in many styles. We had such a good experience here! Highly recommended.

We went in to the store to find a comfortable chaise lounge and the friendly and helpful saleswoman directed us to exactly the right lounge, which we purchased unfortunately, I don't remember her name. She was attentive while we checked out the options without being intrusive or pushy. We'll definitely return when we need new patio furniture.
They have very nice Patio furniture here. Prices are kind of high. We were looking for a high quality table for our outdoor patio. They had a decent selection and quality items. Didn't end up buying anything from the store as I wanted to look at other options.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We bought our patio sofa, chairs and firepit table here and LOVE it! Great service, great price, great quality! Now, after realizing how bad our old patio dining set had really gotten with the bad weather this year, we returned with limited time and a firm budget. Noelle was AMAZING! With no time wasted, she listened to what WE wanted and led us to the perfect choice. She worked to get us a price that fit our budget and a rushed delivery date for Mother's Day! LOVE THIS STORE!!
