Here at Pacific Training Center, we offer a wide variety of traditional workouts such as Boxing, Muay Thai, Cardio Conditioning, Speed & Strength Conditioning, Yoga.
Group classes are taught throughout the day. We start first thing in the morning at 6:00am and our last class is taught at 7:30pm. In addition to our group training classes, you are more than welcome to come in and work out on your own; as a membership gives you unlimited access to our facility!
We have cardio equipment, conditioning machines, and an assortment of dumbbells and medicine balls! Also, we encourage you to take advantage of our personal training sessions. All of our trainers are highly motivated and have extensive professional knowledge in their respective fields. In addition to this, all of our trainers have competed in the professional ranks! And to top it all off, Pacific Training Center is located right on the beach… making it the ideal place to work out and enjoy your day!
