My experience was very positive. First. Don't pull in to the docks. Park outside on the street, there are spots you will see where trucks wait. Then go through the gate, turn to your right and the 3d door on the building will say Driver entrance. Check in. Wait. Once the dock opens, drop the trailer and wait on the street. I came in at about 1400, the guy came out to get me at 1630. Not at all a bad experience. Technically can park on the street overnight. Just turn the lights off. The place is open 24/7, if anything, you are waiting in line...
This is what you need to know. Expect to be there for a while to load, not because people are lazy, but because it's floor to ceiling loaded by hand. It took 5h for 3 loaders and a forklift operator to load 2 trucks. Broker will tell you that it's on pallets, it's not. You need to decide if this load is worth your time. People are nice, some overningt is available, indoor bathroom.
Quick in and out. A couple signs on the corners of the property telling drivers where to go to check In would be helpful. Overall, a good delivery.
Advise from personal opinion: I would advise drivers to not accept these loads to PACTVI . The reason is they have several unloading docks but only use one. They waiting time to unload is unreasonable and without any compensation for hours of waiting time.
We came to get loaded at our appointment time. They said the load wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. Staff was rude and there where random people hanging out in cars on their property. Very unprofessional.
very slow loading process. I was there for 5 1/2 hours. probably the last time picking up here. bring your lunch if y'all fellow truckers end up here.
Had a delivery at 9 am arrived at 7 20 . Out by 8 am . Good Job guys

Hands down the worse load I’ve ever picked up. I showed up at 8:30am didn’t leave til after 5pm my whole week was down the drain after this. Definitely will be telling my broker not to take a load from them ever again it’s definitely not worth the money.
I was scary from the other reviews. My experience was very good about PACTIV Company. Check in 06:25AM. 07:00AM. Got a dock from shipping guy and drop the trailer. 10:15AM. I was Loaded. It’s better than other drivers on the reviews . Thanks PACTIV!
