A very nice woman helped me to find a Claddagh ring in the perfect size and style on Sunday Feb 12, 2023. I couldn't be happier with the ring, the price, and her customer service. I'm sorry that I can't recall her name because I'd like to give her much deserved credit. I can't say enough good things about this place. Staff is amazingly friendly even going above and beyond by special ordering me clothes in my size. So many cool things you are sure to find something you love there.

My daughter & I love the shop! We were going to spend well over $200; however, the older lady with the short brown hair was really nice at first then her nasty true colors came out. I was trying to give her some perfume without my daughter seeing it and she wouldn't take the box from me. She just kept staring at me. So I kept gesturing to the box and she kept staring. Then she says loud enough for my daughter to hear do you want that too? I looked at her and said, "for real?" She replied "You don't have to be rude." We didn't get the 2 $50 pictures I wanted, we didn't get the 2 bottles of perfume, the shirt and the other little things I wanted. We put down our stuff and left! And now I won't get my earrings I wanted for Christmas! What a shame.
We were there for the strawberry festival this weekend. I haven't been to Paddy's on the square in years. It used to be a must stop when we used to go there back in the day. Now you could pretty much find everything online and cheaper. Also, if you see a young girl there with blonde hair and about 14 or 15 years old working the counter, You might want to leave. She clearly didn't want to be there and made sure that the other people who worked there, who she's probably related to, knew that as well. She made snarky comments about the things that I was buying. I chose to ignore it but definitely made a decision that if I ever walked in there again, ever again, and I saw that girl I would turn right around and leave.
I always find something. They have Irish themed gifts, as well as food items. Friendly staff.

Outstanding service. Energetic, friendly and smart, they'll run the whole track with you to find what you came in for, even if you didn't know yourself. And it's a big place to run around in! Meaning you're treated here like family, which you sort of expect from the Irish even the ones not minted in Europe. You buy something, they wrap it up and you almost expect to hear, "a little something to eat before you go?" Thanks no, I'm fine but I'll be back. And you'll mean it because it is like family. You feel it the second you walk in.
Always helpful staff and great inventory of all things Irish. This visit I replenished with Lyons tea and bought a County Louth road sign. Until next time!
The most charming store in all of Long Grove! A walk up the cobbestone pathway, you enter into a vast store offering everything you can think of from clothing, food, music, accessories, crystal, Inis perfume, books galore, Irish dishes and tradional Celtic items...learn from one of the many charming family run and owned staff who are more than happy to tell you Irish history, show you a picture or two and if your lucky, a whimsical tale or two. Hands down, second best thing than going to Ireland itself!
