We are the first yoga studio established in Palm Coast and the only one that is NOT HOT! We have been open for nine blissful years.
Classes offered in Kripalu, YIN and YIN/YANG, LVCY (chair yoga), Sky Styx for Chair, Vinyasa, Sky Styx, Hatha, Nidra and Meditation.
Our yoga family now has 8 teachers on staff and we host special events with guest instructors.
Affiliated with Discovery Yoga in St. Augustine, FL we offer Discovery YogaTeacher Training in the Kripalu Tradition with both the Weekend and Month-Long programs.
