Horrible Quality and costumer service. After 2 weeks of wearing the most expensive jewelry I’ve ever bought for myself the clasp broke; I brought it in for repair and yet again it broke. I contacted and emailed both locations looking for support, I was told I would be sent a new earring. I followed up on that offer and my emails were ignored and was told that isn’t possible over the phone. Just today the other earring broke and it’s safe to say I’m not surprised and am sure I won’t get any support or care from Pageo or it’s team. Upsetting to say the least.
I cannot thank Pageo and specifically Joyce for taking special care of my lightship basket. Its sentimental value is immeasurable. She contacted the scrimshaw artist and had it replaced. She contacted me during the process and then had it returned to me. Thank you so very much!
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I had a link installed on my watch and the service was was ready much before the anticipated time of completion. Also a stunning collection of pendants necklaces earrings and more.
Greatest experience ever. They care so much about the individual customer. Never seen a jewelry store care more about their customers than Pageo Jewelers. Highly recommend!!!
I have been traveling to Nantucket for over 20 years and each summer, although my anniversary is in the fall, we have chosen a gift from Pageo. They are hands down the best jewelers on the Island. Great product and great service.
They have spectacularly beautiful and unique pieces. The level of customer service is off the charts and everything about shopping there is a wonderful experience.
Visiting on vacation and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. Loved the assortment of jewels and the vibe. So fun!
