Honestly I’m not impressed at all. I started seeing them in 2018. Ended up switching to another clinic for a few years and had my spinal fusion. Care with my last doctor was going down hill so I decided to give Pain and spine specialist a try again.  HUGE mistake. I’ve never waited less than an hour and a half in the main waiting room and then for 30+ minutes more in the exam room. They are severely overbooked and I mentioned that to the lady up front and she just laughed and said it’s because they are specialists. There was a sweet older lady also an amputee that finally left after waiting almost 2 hours and the people up front said it would be a while longer. I decided to ask how long it would be and she said they were very very behind and it would be over an hour or 2 more. Everyone there is needing help with pain management. How is it acceptable to make everyone sit in your overcrowded office for hours? Quit being greedy and manage your time better and stop wasting everyone else’s. I also had injections done with Dr. Poulter. For some reason it was scheduled with no anesthesia and was the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. I ended up in the Emergency Room within 24 hours and the ER Dr. spoke with my doctor and said they would call me as soon as they open and get me in immediately. The didn’t call until late afternoon and wanted me to come in at 4pm. Unfortunately I didn’t have someone to drive me into Idaho falls again since I couldn’t drive from the spine injections and their next available was days later. Needless to say I suffered through the pain and still am because I can’t sit in those uncomfortable chairs for hours or my legs go numb and I can’t drive. Do better. I’ll definitely be taking my concerns higher up because we don’t deserve to be treated so poorly.

This is the place if you need relief and a doctor that will communicate with you. Take time for you and make sure you understand completely what's going on and what your options are. My experience here so far has been exceptional.  The staff in office gets information and patients signed in and out fast and keeps very clean and organized. Very nice when dealing with pain and back problems not to add any problems on top of that...and going to this place will make sure you experience that  I hope you're experience here will be as good as mine has been.

Dr. Poston is one of the nicest, most personable, and knowledgeable doctors I've ever met. He remembers things about me and when getting my ganglion blocks always makes sure that I'm comfortable. The nurses are so friendly and really make sure that you're taken care of. And Dr. Poston's team that helps him with the ganglion blocks are so nice. I don't love getting ganglion blocks by any means, but the whole team at this clinic makes the experience a positive one. I'll always recommend Dr. Poston and his staff!

I have to preface I've never left a review for anyone but my experiences here have been a God send.  I recently started seeing Dr. Poston, and I have to say he is genuinely the most caring Dr I've met and worked with. Most Dr's in the past have treated me with a level of disdain disrespect, they talk and act like I'm more of a nuisance rather than a patient. Dr. Poston has always treated me like a person with serious chronic pain he wants to help, and makes me feel listened too. He genuinely understands what he's doing and tries to figure out the best solution. All of the staff I've worked with have also been genuinely kind and respectful. He is always kind to my family if I bring them in, and makes my fiance and I feel comfortable with what the next step, plan, and treatment will be and on top of all that he's got a good sense of humor. He's explains things in ways I can understand what he means previous people I've worked with couldn't. All in all I hope he gets to see this, and we can in the end figure out a solution to a better state of living for me. I hope more people come to this clinic for genuine treatment.

I can only speak for Dr. Poston and his medical assistant Amanda but I give them 5 stars. I have had 6 appointments and 3 procedures. Dr. Poston never seems in a rush and is a good listener. I feel like he truly cares about me wants to help get my pain under control. A huge shout out to his assistant Amanda. She is a wonderful communicator. She went above and beyond to get me my test results from an MRI before I left town. I was very anxious about them and she had to go the extra mile to make that happen. She is kind and cheerful and I am always glad when she answers the phone. I highly recommend Dr. Poston and his staff.

My wife's neurosurgeon referred us to this business, but she couldn't get seen.  We have Tricare and VA for health care retired military and Disabled Veteran.  While Pain & Spine is listed on the Tricare providers page, they refused to accept the coverage.  When my wife offered to pay out of pocket, they refused that as well.  So...3 ways to pay for service and nothing.  If we had actually been seen I'm sure I would have given a much higher rating.

I have been going here for awhile now. you will see the DR. 1 time at your first visit and then they toss you over to PA'S like you don't matter. I've been telling the PA'S that the pain is going to my legs and that my legs are going numb for a few months and they want to tell me that I have been on meds for to long that they are going to take me off and put me on something less addictive that does nothing for my pain. This is supposed to be a pain management not keep you in pain and rush you out of the room. My wife also goes here and get's way better care then I have ever gotten at least she is pain free. when you do see the DR. they are friendly but when you see them after awhile you are judged. I personally wouldn't recommend theses guys at all.  They have given me wrong drug test results and then come and have also gotten the charts mixed up with another jessie so i heard all his problems and told them wrong jessie. good luck to those who come here like i said they treat you like a number and want you in pain. if they fix the problem I will leave a better review. so far the worst PA'S are Devon, and Ryan Williams are very rude and judgmental

The worst experience I have ever had at a medical office. An appointment to see Dr Russell was made promptly, I saw Dr. Russell, he seemed to understand the severity of my back pain and the condition of my spine. We planned to do an   ESI as soon as it was authorized. A temporary appt for the procedure was scheduled for a couple weeks out, with the understanding that as soon as the procedure was authorized we do the procedure. I called the office and d left 6 messages over the  3 weeks with NO response from anyone in the office. They didn't even call my insurance for almost 3 weeks. I called Dr. Kelly office and they referred me to another doctor who i was able to see  and have the procedure within one week. The providers in this group may be excellent, but their staff was unfriendly, uncaring and irresponsible.  I am so happy I was referred to another doctor, where they were all very caring and efficient.

Dr Russel abandoned me as a patient for a little cursing because they told me I wouldn't be able to recieve surgery because I was taking medication they knew I was on and DIDNT TELL ME TO STOP TAKING IT prior to the surgery date. Not to mention I've been waiting 3 months to recieve this surgery and already had to reschedule weeks ago. All because of his pride and arrogance I'm now in able to recieve medical treatment further. Completely unprofessional and pathetic for a doctor to be so prideful and arrogant to where I'm going to continue suffering because of his feelings? Wow   completely patient abandonment. Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

They've walked with through some tough stuff and jed willardson and all his assistants have helped make life enjoyable again
