Very efficient Dr.and the Arn. Are competitive every times I have an appointment always get me to the dr on time,and my medications are on time at my pharmacy. Very professional. In the beginning I have a problem with my medications and it was an misunderstanding but I spoke with the person in charge and everything get resolved. Highly recommend.
Whenever I go to Htfd Pain Treament, even though I’m not feeling well, the experience is always good. It’s clean and the medical staff Beth Anderson for me and people running the office are always friendly and polite. Always trying to help you even if you have a ? that’s not medically related. Even just like getting into their Wi Fi
I had my injections two weeks ago and it was not a good injection session. Usually 99% of the time I walk out of my procedure without pain, but for some reason this time I left felt worse than I came in. I was not satisfied and I had to resolve back to my pain medication. I know it takes a couple of weeks to set in, but my last session of injections felt just like and reminded me of how I used to get injections back in Middletown, which were awful. I’m not a complainer, but if I had to choose the one to , give me my injections. I would choose someone else in the office. I didn’t know the person, and this individual never gave me an injection before, and this person reminded me of a pass doctor even his techniques. That he used. I didn’t complain and I’m not saying he’s not good I’m just saying he can’t stick me anymore.
This place is a joke! They do not care about your needs only your money. I went there approximately 8 times and they did nothing for me..they said once my pain medication dose dropped down from my orthopedic they would help me..So I volunteered to drop down by 40mg of pain meds to accommodate Dr Knopp..As soon as i seen Dr Knopp again the first thing he said was i am decreasing you by 10mg daily..never asked about my pain level at all. If that wasn't bad enough they forgot me in room for 2 hours..Then I had a telehealth appointment, I sat on phone for 1 hour. They then called me directly and said they are really not familiar with that platform , lest just do phone call. Dr knopp said to me one time to decrease pain stop eating bread and start meditating , I don't even eat bread, what a quack..this place does not care for your pain, they only care about your wallet. I highly suggest shopping around, there are far better pain management facilities. Stay away from these heartless quacks !!!!
I couldn't have gotten better treatment any where. Dr. Knapp was the most pleasant Dr. I've ever had. Charice, at the front desk was awesome...such a great experience
The worst experience ever. I met with a female who refused to listen, condemned with judgement, and couldn’t identify her own biases. Then ended the session when she didn’t like that I would buy the services. Not worth one star. Am considering a formal grievance.
The most caring, considerate & amazing staff from the front desk to the doctor's and everyone in between. They listened to what I had to say and made me a part of my care plan. Procedures were explained until I understood what was happening. No question was ignored. Highly recommended them and though I'm hoping I do need there services, they're my first call if I do.
DONT GO HERE!!! they act like they care when they don't they dumped me with half my script when i was on it for 20 years i have had 3 neck surgery's, 2 lumber and breast Cancer when there messages at the office got all mixed up THANKS DANA AND MR TABATA your not going to tell me where i can go for summer vacation break time every year you that office caused me my pain management
I having been seeing Dr. Kost for almost twenty years. As issues have developed he has been the doctor who diagnosed what was wrong. I have the utmost respect and confidence in his abilities to assess and diagnose. Because of his expertise my quality of life is better and my pain issues are satisfactorily addressed.
Still SUFFERING in too much Pain through my whole body. Neck, mid-back, low-back. Left Shoulder Rotator Cuff, Right Shoulder Rotator Cuff right much worse massive year unrepairable, left wrist carpull tunnel, left hand perifial Neuropathy and aritis, right wrist carpull tunnel worse do to poor surgery, never had resurgery., perifial Neuropathy in right hand and aritis in fingers, bad knees Left knee is much worse than the Right knee, lower legs Parr of Perifial Neuropathy painful etc..., Feet very,very bad, Perifial Neuropathy from Type ll Diabetes, Flat Feet, Gout in big toes and hammer toes. Have Rumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis throughout body which makes pain much worse. Also the Weather most of the time makes the pain even more worse cold, damp and rain also very hot and humid. The State also issued me a very cheap and bad mattress for my bed back in 2018 and been SUFFERING with that also. It's honestly a horrible mattress for anyone. Been going to Dr Kosts office for around a total of 16 years off and on and still have not gotten any relief. Actually with the shots in my mid and lower back it's made my back worse instead of better. I had a little relief in the beginning but in the long run it was actually worse. Left Knee is ok with shot for about 5/6 months than it gets very bad again..
