Went there yesterday for the first time. Do people there make you feel like family? They even offered food while you were shopping. Very knowledgeable about product and the prices are unbeatable. I am glad I found this shop, I needed some paint and ordered it on line and after 2 weeks they hadn’t started my order, I came to Paintnation with my paint code left 30 minutes later with a perfect match! They are definitely a one stop shop for everything auto body related, they are very friendly!
This is a great place, where you can buy everything at a great price, paint, you bring a example of the color they make it very accurate, if just in case the it does not come up good, you can bring it back to the place or they go to you and they fix it, that what I like about this place, also prices are very affordable with the paint, even red paint is very accurate and at a good price, you can buy from 4oz to a quart of paint without problem, and also clear, papers rolls, 3m tape, and other type of tape, also 3m compound, gold bomdo and many other stuff to list, just come and visit them, and you will see their quality.

I have a business that builds body kits and paints parts for newer Ford Mustangs. We normally buy our Automotive Arts Motobase basecoat premixed from online distributors and have delivered to our shop UPS/FEDEX. All we paint is Ford Colors and the Motobase paint line has been dead on perfect in pretty much every color using the Prime variant. We recently ran out of a popular color Magnetic Metallic J7 and needed it right away. I looked for the nearest Motobase dealer and they were 1 hour from me Paint Nation in Allentown, PA. The other dealer is USA Auto Supply in Philadelphia which is also an hour drive. I called Paint nation for a quote. They said that I had to come in to get a quote...We normally pay $66 dollars for Magnetic Metallic J7 UNREDUCED. Because I was in a jam and I was going to be in the Allentown, PA area I drove to Paint Nation on a Saturday. I was given a quote of $160 for a quart of Magnetic Metallic. I told them that was extremely high and that I pay significantly less online. I was going to leave and they offered price of $130 which is still high. I didn't have a choice and I needed the paint so I agreed. I noticed when they were mixing the paint they kept looking at color charts and doing comparisons. When I got home and opened up the can I knew right away the color was way off just by looking at it. This is not a variance issues, this is simply poor job mixing because we spray gallons of this colors a year and never have a problem. The color mixed is so far off its not even a blendable match. Whoever the mixer was added significantly too much black toner. They said it was impossible that I pay that much online for Motobase when I was at the store. Attached is 2 cans showing the pricing I paid. Also shown is what the color is suppose to look like, and a side by side comparison. I called to complain hoping I would either get a replacement or refund and was told I would get a phone call back. Nobody ever called me...I wrote an email and also never received a response. I understand mistakes can happen but they do not even have the decency to respond back to me. Not a business I can recommend...
