We had 8 guests in our party! We had incredible service from Laurence and even better food! Highly recommend the Wagyu Meatballs were good for a starter! Braised Short rib & Ravoli plate is a freakin must and the Chicken Parm! Good size chicken, recommend the bolognese instead of the marinara. Didn’t love the chicken pesto pasta or shrimp scampi The endless bread and roasted garlic olive oil dip is delicious! Big portions will leave you happy and fat in the best way! Update::: went for the second night in a row and excellent service again, this time from Dale! Great conversation and excellent service to make sure everyone got what they wanted the way they wanted it! Kid-friendliness: Our 2 year old was with us! They were super friendly with her, had 5 options for kids for food but the spaghetti and meatball was great portion and delicious! The meatball was a good size so she could really get some protein!
Friendly and attentive staff every step of the way. My wife and I walked up at 5:45 to be seated and they said the soonest they could seat us was 7:15. I suspect that they just say that so you will go spend some time at the slots while you wait. We returned at 6:55 and were immediately seated. We shared a Caesar salad, calamari, and chicken parmesan. Everything was fantastic and filling. Honestly the star of the show though was the warm bread they serve, sooooo good.
Horrible food! You’ll find better at a local pizzeria or a TV dinner! Service was excellent but. The chef has no idea about Italian food nor spices! It’s difficult to screw up spaghetti and meatballs but they made dog food an attractive option! Olive Garder a thousand times better at 30% the cost! Noise level competitive with a riot. Atmosphere zero!
Second time we have dined at Paisano within a year and had the same waiter Kathleen both times. Excellent waiter, excellent food both times. Sometimes you need to ask your waiter their opinion on a menu item and Kathleen was just excellent and honest both times. Make sure you try their Stuffed Squash Blossoms as they were the hit of our dinner.
My wife and I went here for our 4 year anniversary on 4/20 and regret wasting our money. For how expensive this restaurant is I would expect them to understand the difference between medium, medium well, and well done. My wife and I both ordered the surf and turf but when it arrived it was scorched beyond belief.....when we asked for a pink Center not so much medium, but more in between medium and medium well. They redid the food but because they have an open kitchen we were able to observe them pointing and sneering at us because we didn't like it... it's not our fault they don't know how to cook steak properly. On top of which I asked for a limoncello martini but they didn't have limoncello even though it's an Italian restaurant all they had was a lemon drop and the lemon drop was horrible it gave me heartburn immediately. Honestly after we just got our leftovers packed up and we went to the American classic which is in the food court, and the food was way better....and not even near the price we paid at Paisano's. Save your money and go to the food court. Thanks for nothing Paisano's!
The mother's day dinner was absolutely terrible, I hate to say that. The squash blossom appetizer was awful and soggy. The steak was burnt and way over cooked. The Alfredo was no good as well. The seafood risotto was drowning in butter, I didn't even eat a quarter of it. Overall awful. Definitely not worth the 75$ per person as nobody enjoyed their meal. We went here to celebrate mother's day as well as a birthday, bad decision sadly.
Food is far away from Italian taste. I recommend hiring a real chef. We ordered various dishes for our dinner, the only good food was the bread. Most of the food was prepared with fast food products. There was the worst tiramisu I've ever tried. I can't recommend this place as an Italian restaurant.
We came in July on a Friday night. Luckily we were able to get seated with no reservations. The hostess was very kind and welcoming. The waiter gave many suggestions and helped me chose what I wanted to order when I was stuck between two options. I got the carbonara. It was so savory and the portions for everything was huge. My friend got the waygu beef meatballs and my other friend got the lasagna. That lasagna sauce was perfect. We definitely had some to-go boxes. I got the watermelon mojito and it tasted like candy.
I was there yesterday with my wife and Mother...We waited 49 minutes to get food. The waiter was nice but food took so long we had a Second refill and Second Bread before our food.Other customers were getting up and walking out .Not sure if will ever eat here again if it takes that long. Thank youFood: 4/5
I did not see much of my server. Dale made sure I was OK even though I was not seated in his section. Appetizers were fine: A nice pesto cream sauce was present along the standard fried calamari plate. Wagu Meatballs had decent flavor served under a straight forward classic marinera sauce. For the short ribs and ravioli I enjoyed it but the duo of reduction cream sauces had a bit of scorched taste but all in all, tasty. The bronzino was the least favorite offering. It was overcooked and under seasoned. The pasta portion of the dish was waterlogged and bland. The fish dish was a disappointment but I must say that the bottle of Moscato was crisp and added some well balanced acidity to this well executed Italian home style meal. Service and ambiance could definitely use a bit of work especially with the open kitchen befuddled by frantic Expiditer and bored appearing chef d cuisine.
