Amazing first experience. Really neat corner spot on Main St with an easy-going atmosphere. My turkey guacamole wrap was delicious, as was my coworker's chicken salad sandwich and soup. The rhubarb strawberry pie was clearly homemade and also delicious; the perfect amount of sour and sweet. We met the owner, and he was super friendly. Solid 5/5.
Staff was top notch - prompt, clean, helpful, and engaging too. Good pizza. A friendly place that I'd come back to when next I'm in Hays. A draw for downtown.Food: 5/5
A long trip to Hays for an appointment became a lovely outing when we decided to have lunch at the Paisley Pear. So many delicious sounding menu items it was hard to decide. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choices we'll definitely return and try other selections. Besides the great sandwiches and salad, we brought home some organic blueberry preserves, and will stock up on other locally-made products next time didn't know there was sausage until I read a review after we'd come home!. I'm posting photos of our sandwiches, but forgot to take a pic of the rhubarb pie and ice cream! So good! Very attentive friendly server, and the owner stopped to chat. Nice people!
Peanut butter chocolate martini with a whole peanut butter cup garnish was delish! Love the live music on Friday nights too. Great local place to hang out and get drinks!
We don't make it to Hays often, but when we do, it's a MUST stop. Food, service, cocktails and of course the wine is always 10/10. The little shop inside has so many tasty treats and cute gifts. Absolutely love this place.Food: 5/5
Cute little place. The red pepper Gouda soup is amazing and super cheesey! Had a turkey bacon wrap that was tasty too. Service a little slow that day but we did bombard them with a big group that they weren't expecting. Staff is so friendly!

Great place for a meal for everyone. The food and drinks are great! The service is great and fun to chat with while enjoying the atmosphere. At the request of the kids they even made special smiley face waffles!

A great place for the town of Hays. I held a surprise birthday for my wife located in the back area of the restaurant, and it was a perfect place for about 25 of us. The appetizers and drinks were great. The Paisley Pear is a must if you want to try something different in Hays, America.
