I am really pleased with my new roof. They did an exceptional job and were very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. I was updated on thing they did. Their price was right and better than my other quotes. They hand nail every shingle with 4 nails. Thanks for a great job on my home.. Jack Young
Abysmal customer service. I called on 5/23/2018 to ask for a quote and was told that they'd get back to me the next day. By 5/29, I had not yet heard back, so I called again and was told that they didn't have a quote yet but that they'd get back to me as soon as possible. I called again on 6/4 and was told that they would call me that evening with a quote. I called the next morning and they still didn't have a quote. This terrible customer service has no place in this industry.
FANTASTIC! We would highly recommend Paitson Roofing for any of your roofing, siding or renovation needs. We could not be more pleased with our service and their craftsmanship!
They have done 2 major projects and 1 small project for me over the past couple of years. Am very impressed with their really excellent high quality work.
Very pleased with their buisness. Highly recommended! Great customer service.
