I have been a patient of Dr Pal’s for over 13 years. She is always kind and pleasant, which makes visits to the dentist more bearable. : Julianna is very attentive to my needs as an individual with Sjogren’s Syndrome, and Jan is very knowledgeable when dealing with insurance companies and any other questions regarding this practice. They make an excellent team for my dental care, which is why I continue to come back.
Pal Family Dentistry and their sister location Reston Station Dental have been exceptional. My wife and I have used this dental practice for a while now and we have nothing but praise for the care we have received. Everyone including the receptionist have been great to work with. The hygienists are gentle and the dentists have been amazing. My most recent visit required a crown/cap on a tooth. One of the reasons we chose this practice was because they offer same day crowns/caps with a technology called CEREC. Everything is done in one day with CEREC instead of multiple visits. Rich was the dental assistant and I must say that without a doubt, he is the most talented expert in CEREC imaging I have ever experienced at any dental practice. Dr. Flexsenhar was the dentist who perform the work today and I found her to be very caring, especially for someone like me who has a HUGE FEAR of the dentist. The whole team works exceptionally well together and I have nothing but praise for their care. We highly recommend this dental practice! I would give them 10 stars if I could.
