In my opinion, the best casino on the west coast. A helpful staff that always greet you with a smile and go beyond the minimum to assist you. A rewards program that has seemed to improve while others are cutting back. The payouts are higher and more frequent than surrounding establishments. Good entertainment is commonplace with a free band and a lively crowd at the center bar. Food is very good with a excellent variety. While their upscale restaurant is very good, they lack a true signature dining experience. The pool and spa are wonderful ! 21+!! Overall I always feel like I have gotten a good value and a great time. Looking forward to my next visit!

We loved it here! Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was wonderful and oh so helpful! Casino was great and we loved David our bartender and giver of helpful tips on the slot machines! Food was good beware, some places are REALLY expensive but there are plenty of choices! Yes, it's out there but we will definitely return!Rooms: 5/5

The reason I'm giving it a 3 star review is because I feel that the casino should take better care of their regular customers. Their employees are awesome and make sure you have a great time but the casino itself should give out better comps. I mean after spending thousands of dollars there I feel like they should provide a free room for a night but instead they want to charge me $180. Compared to other casinos they just don't give you a reason to go back. I get way better comps at other casinos like free rooms whenever I want as well as $200 free play once a week. As a gold member at all the nearby casinos Pala only gives me $20 free play and that simply doesn't give me a reason to want to go back. The ONLY reason I go back is because the black jack dealers/employees make me feel like family. They make sure your experience is one of the very best. Their workers/employees are kind and considerate. If it wasn't for their employees I would have no reason to go back when other casinos treat their gold members so much better.

Had a great time. Went to Cafe to eat. Delicious enchilada soup a thick version of tortilla soup & 1/2 sandwich which was huge. I would love to see Pala do some fry bread w/ their soups. Soup alone was like a meal! Gambling was fun....lost some, lost some! Service is always great and friendly at Pala. low key. Loved the band as well.....played some 80s nostalgia! Worth the drive and/or stay!!

Nice place had lots of luck in the morning but in the afternoon the slots seemed to tighten up but left with their money.  The only down side is the non smoking area is small and doesn't offer all the slots that the rest of the casino does. So I spent a lot of time in the smoking section and was smelling smoke for a few days . Also they have no buffet,  looks like it's being remodeled.

What an experience I had in the Event Center! It was great! I was there to see Ramon Ayala because I love his music. I only have one request for the bars set up in the event center, you should have a bigger variety of drinks. Other than that it was an awesome experience. I will do it again.

Visited Pala casino spa resort around five months ago after not going there for about four years. When decided to take a trip to Pala casino after the lengthy layoff had a great time actually won that night so that always make the trip fun. After that trip I wrote a very nice review about my experiences at Pala from that visit. I am back here to retract all the great things a wrote in my review about that casino. First of all my girlfriend spent a lot of money at Pala, got upgraded from the first tier club card in about a month, Pala gave her almost 2000 dollars in free play in which was divided for a month all the odd number of days in the month which means 1,3,5 and so on and the next month 1600 so we started our adventure going to Pala every other day to play that generous gesture of free play. So we did but that’s why I’m writing this review and sure everyone who visits that casino received free play like we have experienced and noticed that Pala… I believe has programed your club not to win anything with that free couldn’t even get a bonus and the cash out from the free play was at the most less than 20 dollars it’s only to get you in the casino to spend more money. The last time was there spoke to a couple Supervisors Pauline and Luis also Matt one of the slot technicians to express my concern about what was happening. Was told that would get some feedback after leaving contact information as of now…no feedback. That’s why I’m here writing this review, I will say the music is great Pala have different band there for your entertainment ever night, experienced one restaurant there in which the Pala cafe the food is good worth having breakfast there. I visited quite of few casinos but Pala is the worst, it’s a waste of time, gas and money. I wouldn’t recommend this casino to anyone. Though it’s local to a lot of casino goers. But if you love good music it’s the place to go. Hope this review will help any decisions to visit casino.

Pala Casino is the only one of the four or five big reservation casinos in that area where I've won money, Also, we caught a great R&B concert in their small outdoor stadium a couple of weeks ago and loved it. Will do another concert soon. Seats only about 3000. Heard their restaurant has great food,  esp seafood. Will dine there next time. Try it, you 'll like it.

Your a great relief from the Vegas seen. Enjoyed the concert and live music. That's two separate. First the concert then the live music. Didn't experience the rooms, spa or the other amenities. One of the restaurants I ate at after the concert. I liked it a lot. Thank you.

Beautiful room. Great service. My husband accidentally left his wallet and pocket knife in the bedside drawer. I called Lost and Found and spoke to Maggie, she sent someone up to retrieve the items and we were able to pick them up the next morning. Not enough places to eat, thank you COVID. Saw a Beatles cover band, very entertaining. Knew the words to every song!
