Palace Nails Castle Hills

I came to get a design on my toes they were already polished and my nails done. I asked for a nice flower design and not the 5 dot flower, Idk if she didn't understand me or if she didn't care because she 100% gave me the 5dot flower lol but added a lil more as well but I let it go since it was $7 BUT the lady who did my nails gets all...the stars! She was kind she was detailed I didn't feel like I needed to tell her to redo anything she did the ambrée the way I wanted it and took her time even tho they were closing got there at 6:00p but they were busy she was awesome, kind and great at execution. I will be back

Been here a few times for pedicures with various technicians and always as a walk in - I’ve never had to wait long which is nice and appreciated! ! They do a great job with my nails but the massage part has been underwhelming in all of my visits. But that’s pretty much it! Will probably return :Service: Pedicure

This place is terrible. Waited almost an hour to even get someone to start on my nails. Person who did my pedicure rushed the whole process. It’s been a week and I’ve broken 7 nails already. I have never in my life broken so many nails right getting them done.Services: Pedicure

I came in on 6/22 and on 7/3 my nails were already breaking off. I do not do any work that is rough on my hands and normally dip powder will last about 3 weeks to a month for me. Not even TWO weeks and these are breaking and chipping off. My pedicure also was so thickly put on that it was messed up wearing shoes even after leaving it to dry for 4 hours. I give 2 stars only because the staff is nice here but definitely not quality work. The manicure that lasted only 11 days, cost me $60 plus 20% tip. Do not recommend this place for the price.Services: Pedicure

Not good! Came in non busy time and had to wait at least 45 minutes to get started and the service was terrible. My nails weren't done accordingly or as requested. After an adjustment, everything was fixed and my nails look great!

I have been going here for a few years and had a terrible experience this last visit. I get dip on my nails and the nail technician ground my nails down almost to the nail bed. Instead of letting the acetone take the previous dip off, she shaved my nails down to the thickness of paper. My nails are ruined. I cannot grow them long without them breaking and this is going to take months to grow out. I went to another salon and they were very gentle with my nails, but they have already cracked after a week. I really don’t know what to do. My nails are too thin to only have gel or polish. I have to go back to my new salon to have them cut my nails as short as possible and hope they can last longer then a week without the dip cracking again.

Hit or miss on techs but when you find your girl… stick to her! You need to have patience

Nails: This place is hit or miss depending on the technician you get. I had my nails done last night and they look terrible. The shape is different on each nail, the dip powder does not cover the entire nail, and the nails are wavy. I have also noticed they charge different prices in person than what they quote over the phone. You do get in and out quickly which is a plus. If you have a favorite person and they are available, this place would be OK. Lashes: My lashes always look amazing after Ivy does them. She is incredibly sweet and does great work. However, I was quoted $25-$45 for a lash fill on the phone and charged $50 so, just ask in person what things cost. Again, my lashes have great staying power, look natural, and the process is always quick.Services: Pedicure

I am very disappointed in the service I received today. The younger girls are not skilled. They rush, laugh and can’t do a simple design. There are several new people who do not take the time to provide good service as some of the former employees. I used to drive from Aubrey just to come here and I’m so unhappy with the service I received that I will NEVER come back. I’d rather find a new place to spend my time and money.

The workers were super kind and i enjoyed my time there at the spa!! BUT the quality of the nails are NOT good whatsoever and DO NOT last long!!! My girlfriend and i just got our nails done TWO days ago and i’ve already had a acrylic pop off and her dip on her real nail has already chipped!! Super disappointing after spending $120 plus tip!!
