Hi.. For the many fan's of Paladino's, Thank you! We are actively working to improve our little boutique concert venue. While changes are slow, we have four simple goals in mind:

We want to distinguish ourselves by:
-being people that bands LOVE to work with
-being a venue that is GREAT to perform in
-providing an AMAZING experience to everybody that walks in the door
-people may come for their friend's band, but, they will should be
SURPRISED how much they loved the other bands of the night (i.e., provide PHENOMENAL entertainment).

As we work towards these goals, if you have any suggestions/comments/ideas, we would really like to hear from you!

We also have great drink prices and friendly staff, but, you can still sometimes get that in other places in LA.

Saturday - Live Music 8-
Sunday - Big Band and Swing from 6-9, Karaoke from 930 til close
Monday/Tuesday - Karaoke 8 til 1

Of course, we also have pool, sports, and great drinks.

Cool atmosphere, cool people, pool tables, fun!
This place is cool. Pretty clean. Pool tables. I just wish the bartenders were better. They didn't know some of the drinks we tried to order. One long white haired woman would only service a quarter of the bar leaving the other 75% for the other girl to juggle.
I like to play pool. I also enjoy listening to live bands and loud music. The tables are pretty good for bar room tables, level enough and they are .75 a game. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars was the bar, very understaffed. Just one girl, and it took a looong time to get drinks and quarters for the tables. She was a cutie, friendly and polite. But she talked with everyone, I thought too much. They should have a quarter machine My husband and I go here every once in a while, it's a constant for us. We like the smaller venue, when they have a really great cover band, that's the best times there. Gets crowded quick though, so if you're gonna go, get there early to stake out a seat, or table, or booth. Whatever you want to be doing while the band plays.
Love this place. Almost always great bands!!! I am legally blind and the staff always greets my guide-dog 'Bourbon' and I with kindness. The waitress Mary is super friendly and is always quick with another Lite Beer for me : Just a friendly note to the house sound man coming from a former sound engineer myself, unless you have noise complaints from nearby businesses or neighbors, those 8/18s are capable of handling a LOT more Bass!!! I know, 'everybody is a sound man,'it's too loud, it's not loud enough, I can't hear the singer, the guitar is killing my ears, can you turn it down so I can chat with my annoying friends at the table in the front row but I really am. The kick drum is almost always non-existent and the bass guitar is always up in the Steve Harris mid-range. Maybe it just comes down to personal preference but I'm just sayin...
Go there often. Name is changing to Theory. Too yuppie for this metal head. Limited parking. Mostly Tribute bands. Some are very good. Limited crowd interaction because of all these mini tables and chairs. Sound is ok. Odd lights. Cheap beer with pool tables.
They have salsa dancing Sundays and bachata dancing Thursdays!! So convenient, good atmosphere and music, plenty of seating, no pretentious dancers. Simply fun and great dance classes before hand. Love this place.
Salsa night, Thursdays and Sundays call first though is the greatest opportunity to meet the nicest people. Also, the club's new name is "Theory" and newly renovated. Great place to hang out.
Seen some great bands here, and the bartenders are friendly and hard workers. It's also nice just to come in and have a drink or play the bar video game, darts or pool, when there is no bands at all.
It's now called Theory, as of about a year ago. Went in on a Tuesday night for a drink with friends and found a nearly empty bar, with a couple of pool tables and an adjacent room that was hosting Karaoke. While I found the new decor to be perplexing, the drink price was ok. I might go there again, in hopes of finding a full house.
Good local bar. Pool tables and an active pool group. Latin nights seem to pop. Amazing venue for bands. Big dance floor big stage. Highly under utilized.
