HISTORY
The restaurant was born on the coast of the SINALOA STATE in Mexico, “The worlds capital of shrimp”. Marcelino owner is originally from Sinaloa and decided to bring the flavors and aromas from the northwestern part of Mexico to Dallas, he invited Tim Goza to become part of this dream and together make it come true. Decided to call it Palapas and bring a piece of the coast of Sinaloa into the façade of the restaurant.
