Paleteria Tropicana 2

Very unprofessional! I live 30 minutes away and called before leaving my house 8pm to see what time they closed on a Saturday and I was told that they closed at 10pm. I get there by 8:45pm and the doors are closed and the lady tells me that they are closed already! I immediately call them and ask why they are closed way before 10 and they answer me and tell me that that the "owner" told them to close. Not only did i waste my gas but also my time! Set business hours exist for a reason and i had literally called them to avoid this!

This place has the worst customer service ever, but that's not the worst part. They sell low grade ice cream. The only place In this area that is worth going to is LA Michoacana on 22 before you hit east Ave. Now this place has the best Cheese cake ice cream. They have a line out the door. Paleteria LA tropicana is a dump. La Michoacana premium highly recommend this spot.

Is now open under a new management, the ice cream is delicious and they have a great selection of flavors.

The best place in town good service and management the paletas are fire try the mangoneadas and the agua fresca !

Bad customer service. They don't greet you or thank you. The employees always seem to be in a bad mood, not giving you what you ask for.
