Pali Crossfit is a great Sunday morning outdoor workout that uses the Pali High parking lot and stairs. We've created a strength building, cardio, calorie incinerating workout that is challenging and fun.
Pali Crossfit utilizes the stairs and uphill parking lot at Pali High. It's a mix of cardio, body weight exercises, and interval training that is a great addition to any exercise program. We begin with a 5 minute warm-up, then we do a 45 minute crossfit-style workout, followed by 10 minutes of stretching. You'll be encouraged to exercise at a challenging, but comfortable level of intensity. Everyone is welcome, but this workout is intended for those who are currently doing some type of regular physical activity.
