Palisade Drugs

I absolutely love this neighborhood joint. I'm likely moving soon and will miss it. The staff is professional, helpful, and does right by their customers. A couple of weeks ago, I needed rapid covid tests, but insurance no longer covers them. To help me out, they sold me some at a suuuper discounted price. Plus, their printing/scanning station is SO handy.

Walked in and waited in line for a few min. Sent out a package return, got my receipt, and left. Quick and easy. Nice helpful staff, respectful, clean store. Options for Ups related or pharmacy ralated.

I have been going to Palisade Drugs since early 2020. The reason why at first I went was because of how close my house was to the store. When I went in the entire team took care of what I needed to in the Pharmacy. Every time I would come in the team would remember my name and when I needed a prescription filled the team had it ready immediately. I also go to Palisade Drugs to print and scan documents. They are always there to help me get it done timely and effectively. I have gotten to know the team at the store. I even moved about another mile away from Palisade Drugs and I could choose another store that is a 2 minute walk from my house. However I decide to walk or drive to Palisade Drugs because of the service that the team provides and the quality of products and the team has become family to me. In turn I am loyal to Palisade Drugs. Thank you so much ! If you are looking for a pharmacy / store that treats you as family.. Palisade Drugs in Jersey City is where you need to go! My Husband and I were moving to another state and had to ship around 20 boxes. Everyone at this store was super kind and helpful. Even helping carry the boxes inside the building. We tried to tip him but they refused. Everything they do comes from the heart. God Bless!

Been a customer of Palisade Drugs for a couple of years now. I switched to this pharmacy from a big box corporate pharmacy after repeated poor customer service from My previous pharmacy. Dr Patel and his family are kind, compassionate, quick and friendly. They know all of their pharmacy customers by name. affordable prices, and they are always adapting their business and inventory in innovative ways- such as adding the convenience of a UPS store! You won’t get this level of service and friendliness from any other pharmacy in Jersey City. Palisade Drugs is the best.

Many changes have happened! I have lived in the area for more than 10 years. My dad went there, my children and me. We have a pharmacy right in front of us but I always go to Palisade Drugs. They are adding and adjusting to change which is a smart move on the owner and people who work there. They are very fast and pleasant to work with. They were very nice to my dad when he was alive. I will always be thankful for giving him hope while he was fighting cancer. He is resting now, I am glad they helped him when he needed to figure out his medicine. Thank you!
