Thomas has been cutting my hair for five years now. He is reasonably priced and does excellent work. Everytime I get a haircut I fill younger. Highly recommend Thomas!
Very patient and kind to my 90 year old father.Services: Beard maintenance
Wow what a great haircut! Lucy and JR are talented lovely people! Congrats on ur Anniverdary!
Been here 3 times. Set the proper expectations and you'll be happy. - Be okay with touching up your cut afterwards - Expect Tom to take "business calls", booking other clients in between cutting your hair. - DONT let him touch your beard. Trust me. If you do, ask him to spare you the Gillete "razor" on the edges, that makes it a $30 beard trim. - "Dont worry, Its included in the price" = you're about to get a huge bill - Dont assume because you paid $50 for your haircut last time that it'll be the same this time. The first time had a hidden "discount" included. Ask before he cuts. - Don't be polite and engage in the chit chat, he will charge you more for every minute you spend on the chair. You're paying for the "experience", which includes lots of stories about how Elon Musk or Chris Pratt sat in your chair not too long ago. - Hot towel = dirty rag he's been using on you soaked in lukewarm tap water. It's called "hooking you up". If you do get it, make sure you take a deep breath before it goes on your face. - If the Owner's son is cutting your hair, dont expect 25 years of experience to shine through. Maybe the more experienced barbers are better, I wouldn't know and I wont be going back to find out.
Joe, his sons and daughter in law are the best! Always a perfect cut with all safety procedures followed.
I love Palisades Barber. I've gone there for 2 years and love it. It has a fantastic neighborhood attitude and they are fantastic with our hair
Really cool old school feel. My haircut was great! Very pricey for just a haircut though.
Nice people, great conversation. Went in and was not happy with the cut, went back for a recut and it looks great. Thomas will cut you up right.
Old time barbershop like the one grandpa used to go to. Great with little kids.
This place is like playing Russian Roulette with your hair. Depending on your barber, you may be heading in for a month or more of regret.
