Palm Beach County Food Bank

If I could give zero stars I would. called for assistance with an application and was told no one could helo me and was offered no alternative. Receptionist was not helpful at all and said she had no access to schedules to me to get an appointment even if I traveled to a different location. I am permanently disabled and do not drivw. Thanks for nothing

Had a delivery got here at around 8pm was able to sleep on the property, at around 7 am they open, gave them the paper work got a door around 8 am when they finish loading there own trucks.

My reasons that I give five star I went there today and I met with Joanna who I was emailing she was such a wonderful very professional I was so humble everybody there was friendly I really love the atmosphere I felt comfortable and I felt very safe the bathroom there were very clean and sanitized and everything was so organized with the food I’m most recommend this place if anybody needs an emergency food Joanna was very friendly and I recommend this place to anybody that needs food emergency I was most definitely satisfied

I thank you so much for the help with food for me and my family. I was in need very badly yesterday because I lost my job the day before and you guys do not ask me any questions you just came out with four bags full of food and I’m so grateful because they are places that we can count on in case of a fall. Thank you so much and one day I’ll volunteer and help you guys do the same.

Ok had a load from Dallas to Lake Worth, Fl to the food bank arrived at the warehouse at 5:45am appointment is at 9pm I was the fourth truck in line was told ill be contacted when ready how did I end up being the fifth truck in after another truck. I sat and watched the trucks being unloaded and this fourth truck pulled in behind me after 8:45. Next time will have to skip this load. Not worth missing appointments for other people who can't really do there job.

Was ok delivery over there was average 2/3 hs watch the traffic lot of peoples coming in and out 4 wheelers

This organization is amazing. Just started volunteering. If anybody is like 3 hours in a week I would suggest getting to go.

I started volunteering here a couple of months ago to give back to my community and make myself more known. I’ve met some of the nicest people here since then, and the staff is also so amazing, helpful and friendly. If anyone needs volunteer hours I’ll tell them to come here!!

The people who work here are great and go way out of their way to help people. Definitely recommend if you are needing help in these difficult times.
