Definitely do not recommend this office/company.. They don’t call back with test results. They don’t answer the phone, only “please leave a message”! I left 4 voice messages over a 3 day period with no return call. You never see a doctor, but they do have friendly nurse practitioners.
So disappointed in the level of Patient care here. I agree with others who have expressed concern since My Care Medical took over. Unfortunately, because of this, the RN who I used to see and loved, is no longer there. I went to check out at my last appt a few weeks ago and schedule my next appt and asked for one of the other RN’s and was told, by the most incredibly rude person, that neither were available for the next six weeks. I was given the option of some new Dr. Bie? who appears to have just graduated from Med School. They seem to care more about money and getting as many patients through the door rather than actual Patient Care. Thus, the reason you can’t get an appt for 4-6 weeks. Unacceptable. Especially when your follow up appt is in relation to a high BP issue. Ok, I’ll just be over here with a major medical concern until you can fit me in…Awful!
Since Dr. Dharia sold his practice to “My Care Medical” it’s been a nightmare. All of the Staff with the exception of a few have left this practice. If you need something done, it’s going to take well over two days to get what you need. The Office Manager was with Dr. Dharia for years and still no change in Patient Care. They put the phones on answering service at 4:30 instead of close to closing time and the person for taking appointments doesn’t even know who does what. I’m very disappointed that Dr. Dharia has ruined his name in PBC as my other doctors have said the same. My Care Medical team does not have it together, so disappointing as I’ve been a Patient of his for years and this is what this Practice has come to….very sad.
Dr Ambrose is a sweet doctor. It’s his staff that lacks. I take care of my mom and I call this office weekly about referrals and i NEVER GET A RETURN CALL.I have to physically go to the office if I want something done. It’s always the other doctor’s responsibility for referrals and never their fault. I wish someone would at least call me back and help me navigate what I might be doing wrong? I work in the medical field so It’s beyond frustrating when health care providers delay patient care. I wish I could find another office but I’m stuck in limbo for referrals. If you are the office manager and are reading this. Please contact me. After weeks, I finally got a referral for my mom, but guess what?? They don’t take her insurance! You would think they would verify that before sending a referral.

Very poor phone etiquette. General questions should never be met with rudeness. I would suggest they have someone trained in customer service answering the phone.
I am very happy with the services I receive from this group. I have been a patient since 2014. I would especially like to mention Jeanie who does the referrals, so kind and helpful. Like everyone else in the group. I usually see Mellisa and I am very satisfied with doing so.
Poor management at front desk. They don’t even know how to schedule appointments. One day I called them, and they said please hold. I was waiting and then they hang up. They did this to me 3 times and then they respond. Then they collect all my information and at the time of scheduling they said please wait .. then they hang up again. Clap for front desk management .
My husband had a good 1st experience a few months ago. Have been trying to reach the office for 3 weeks. Left voicemail, sat on hold and have submitted website message and no one ever calls back. Time to find a new Dr.
I went in and had one visit with the nurse practitioner. She was very good. The issue I have is I have never been able to speak to a live person when I call. I presume answering phones is beneath someone so everything just goes to voicemail. I’m literally just trying to confirm my next appointment date!?!?!
