I called to cancel my account and was told, although I don't live in town anymore, I would need to drive to the salon to cancel in person.  They stated that they are unable to make account changes over the phone...But somehow they had no trouble making an account change when my credit card was lost and they called me to get a new credit card number over the phone to continue billing me.Service:&nbsp;Tanning

It was my first time getting a spray tan, Alyssa took great care of me. She picked the perfect color for me and walked me through the whole process. The establishment and the machine were very clean. I will definitely be returning

Great staff, super clean place! I’m just curious,  if you changed the versa spray formula/solution? The last few times I’ve gotten a versa spray tan, you can’t even tell I got a spray tan and it’s frustrating. I always get level 3 with the bronzing solution added so I look tan immediately. These past 4 times I’ve gotten this done and at a few different locations, it doesn’t even feel like I got sprayed with hardly to any solution and I don’t come out tan immediately like I have in the past. I’ve tried the other spray tan and I don’t like how that turns out on me. So if the formula has changed I would like to know. I’m going to try it one more time and if I’m disappointed in the results like I have been the last few times, then I’ll just have to look elsewhere for my spray tans.

I had a great experience with Paige and Kayleigh today at Palm Beach Tan in Middleburg.  They were super friendly, informative, and grabbed my diamond ring when I carelessly left it in the tanning bed room! These girls really made my day after a long day at work. Out of all the tanning salons I have been to.. this has to be my favorite ! The ladies who work there are amazing an soo friendly ! I never have to wait for a bed . What I love best is they’re not pushy about selling stuff which annoyed me at the other places . This place is super clean an has met my expectations! Great job !

Great service! Hands down to the receptionist, Kate who walked me through each package, the difference between the beds, what the pros and cons were from timing in each bed, exposure, skin care etc. I was REALLY blown away by the service I received. The employees really care. They take the extra steps to make sure your educated in the golden rules of tanning and skin care. I have to say tanning has been around for years....but intelligent tanning a very short window. You can find that out exactly what that means at any palm beach tan.

The workers there are awesome and friendly, made me feel totally comfortable. They put me in a great bed I have a gold level package, and the facial tanner worked wonders! This location is my favorite one by far!
