Owned and operated by Palm Drive Hospital in Sebastopol, CA, Palm Drive Hand and Physical Therapy is an autonomous outpatient clinic that specializes in physical therapy, hand therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. Our clinicians specialize in all injuries resulting in functional loss, including post-operative rehabilitation and preventative musculoskeletal care. We have master clinicians that are certified in or specialize in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, orthotic fabrication, speech rehab, and hand specific rehabilitation. We have the newest facility in Sonoma County, opened with all new equipment in September 2010. In addition to our insurance based rehabilitation programs we offer health and wellness community based programs including classes for wellness and individualized gym programs. We are located adjacent Starbucks on highway 116 in the old bowling ally building on the south side of town.
