Palm Harbor Homes

My mother recently bought a new home from them . We were so excited to move in what we were living in wasn’t livable anymore especially with a baby on the way . Fist they hadn’t finished doing the renovations inside n it was already time to make our fist payment n we weren’t even living in there yet. We finally got to move in. In April when we had it since march . Half way into April sidings started coming off . Island wood is starting to separate. The back doors floor is coming up due to probably the house unleveling. Because the house is coming up one of the water pipes is bending as well under the house . Our bathroom panels are coming off n water is getting into the walls . One of the windows is leaking when it rains . Not to mention they still haven’t came to fix the screen door that was noted on our walkthrough to get fixed. We have called twice to see what we can do and no one has gotten back to us . They keep on making excuses.

Ryan is very detailed in explaining the process. He assisted with all my questions and was able to guide me to better understanding of the purchase of a manufactured home. I look forward to working with him in the future.

You know at the beginning I would have posted 5 stars, but right now it's barely a 2, should be a 1 with how it is going. When they moved my home in first of Oct, the siding on one side came off during the transfer from the lot. Palm Harbor supposedly ordered new siding to fix it then. Here we are almost 4 months later and it still has not been fixed. The protective layer is off, paneling has gotten wet several times, mold is growing, and particle board is full of water. Still nothing from Palm Harbor about the repairs. Very disappointed....

My husband and I met with Ryan Rodriguez yesterday. Although we did not make a purchase, and we were upfront with him about that from the beginning, Ryan was great! He answered all of our questions and went over the cost of everything we looked at in detail. He didn’t make us feel like a waste of time even because he knew we wouldn’t be making a purchase that day. Ryan is very professional, organized, and energetic. We really enjoyed our visit to Palm Harbor Homes in Corpus Christi. We highly recommend them if you are interested in a home!

Our experience with Palm Harbor Homes and our salesmen Bernie was excellent! I have and I will continue to recommend both of them! The staff is great and are not uptight like most places that sales homes. If there is a problem Palm Harbor and Bernie are on top of it. If I am ever in need of another house I would go back and buy from Palm Harbor Homes again. The staff and homes are excellent! My husband and I purchased land after Harvey, after looking into building from scratch, we were put off on the prices and all it entailed. We started looking into modular homes because the prices were half the cost. We reached out via email to Palm Harbor to set an appointment to get more ideas and prices to see what we could afford. The day it fell on, they were short in the office so we met with the actual manager Demetri of Corpus Christi. Demetri was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on structure of the homes and all the pricing. Needless to say, after back and forth on our end with purchasing a bigger home vs a smaller home, Demetri was literally a phone call or text away and never hesitated to respond. After deciding our home and getting approved we were assigned to Crystal. She always responded via email in a timely manner I had tons of questions and kept her busy and was professional to the max! Amanda guided us when it was time to pick out all the colors and trim-work for the house as well as sign all the paperwork when it was time to close. Every encounter we've had with any employee has been the best experience! Even the waiting process for the home to be built was extremely short. They kept in touch with us throughout to update the house status. The only hiccup we ever had was when the house was delivered, our property was so soft from the rain and weather that it was a struggle to move on the land and had to wait until it was fully dried. Still it was moved with no damage and we should be getting the keys to move-in hopefully within the next 2 weeks! We are beyond excited and so grateful to have had the perfect experience, making a big purchase is very stressful as everyone knows and they eased as concerns smoothly! I recommend Palm Harbor in Corpus Christi 100% to anyone who's looking for the perfect home at an affordable price!!!

General Manager, Demetri is absolutely the best! He took the time to listen to what we were needing and wanting and we felt he genuinely cared about us and our needs. He went above and beyond to help us with every single step in getting our home. From all the information on the house to helping after signing with paperwork for permits required by our city. We never felt like we were a number to the it that we were alone in this process even after his protion of the job was done. Thank you for everything you did and for making us feel at ease through all of this!

My husband and I debated for a long while rather to build or purchase a modular home. We decided to take a look at some modular dealers. Once we walked into Palm Harbor Of Corpus Christi and walked through a few of their homes on their lot we felt very comfortable and positive in going that direction. After a couple of revisits and being matched up with Amanda as our sales person it just got better and better. Our process soon began, we were told the more changes and upgrades we made the longer the process could extend the build and delivery but they never discouraged us. Amanda worked very closely with me and all my wants, she went to bat for me on everything. Phone calls, texts and drop in visits never bothered her. All the employees there have been fantastic and very courteous. Cannot wait for our home to arrive next week. Thank you Palm Harbor of Corpus Christi Tx.

This place is great!!! What a great team that works here everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. They will get you the right place at a great budget! I worked with Ryan Rodriguez great guy! Even if he is off he will still talk to you about any and all things concerning the house! I highly recommend any of the sales people down at palm harbor homes!!

Our experience with palm harbor was great. What we were promised is what we got and more. Loved how everyone ensured we were happy the whole way. They made the process easy and took care of all the difficult process with bank n so forth. I appreciate all they have done for my family.
