Nosey neighbor called Park staff about my car being parked in front of their trailer. I was there over 4 hours, that person never came outside once. Then leaving I noticed the man outside of another trailer. Not actually a man but a little statue of a Black man at the front door. About 30 years ago those went out of fashion. Replaced by a little White man, something about racism. I guess that family didn't get the memo? I don't know enough about the inhabitants to judge them, but maybe they're sending a message? Fortunately, times have changed. I continued driving to my house, not a Trailer. No statues like that in our much larger neighborhood.
Be careful here, everything is not what it seems, especially the people in charge. I almost fell big time in starting to buy an empty 2br from the man who is also maintenance. Things did not seem quite right though. I heard stories from neighbors saying he was aware of the termite problem and that he knows of the soft spots in the floors and the issues with still having some of the original plumbing and wiring still some aluminum wire. All cupboards are original, i.e. manufactured wood, in this case from 1966. I fortunately was able to easily break the contract and found a much nicer place in a cleaner less crowded park so it has worded out.
New company has continued to do work we are living here has suffered through this and the only compensation we received is rent going up. If you are 55 and over look at it all before you commit to buying in here they will do these things and in a heartbeat sell and double their money. As a handicapped person they have never put a lift in the pool so I never had a chance to swim. Motor cycles are loud, security at minimum . I can only help you read and check before you buy.
Pool is only allowed for residents, so you cant enjoy it with your brother or a friend , even when it is empty. So the best thing in this community is subjected to some rules, that we dont even know about.
Beautiful pool and club house. Can't wait for 55+ years old to get here. I would love to live here. Jacuzzi tub and cool cold pool.
People and Current Manager is very mean and unkind to disabled small young children. If you have grandkids and want then to visit you are out of luck, don't let the pool fool you.
This place is great. Quiet. Beautifully manicured lawns. Just take a cruise through you will see what I mean. small dogs allowed.
It's nothing but a druggies park and management don't care I wouldn't recommend anyone to live there scarry place I'm surprised the county allows this
Lots are VERY small. Manager seems like he could be a pain. NOPE, NO HELP NEEDED FROM YOU O NOSY ONE!!!
Decent little trailer park, but some of the old ladies at the pool seemed to have nothing better to do than complain about all the neighbors.
