Alyssa & Palma have made several cakes, cookies, and cupcakes for us on a few different occasions.  Every time they have made something for us, it was beautifully done and tasted delicious.  Would highly recommend them for any bakery need for any occasion.

I had Palmas make my wedding cake and cupcakes, they were incredible! I've had guests reach out and tell me they're the best cupcakes they've ever eaten! The almond cake with almond icing is out of this world. Palma and her daughter Alyssa are 2 of the nicest people I've ever met. They really went above and beyond and made my cake dreams a reality! I ordered vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, and strawberry cake pops from Palma's for my fiance's graduation a little while ago. While they were a little sweet for everyone's liking, everyone loved them! Looking forward to getting more goodies from Palma's in the future. Thank you ladies!

We first went to Palma's for our wedding 5 years ago and they did such an amazing job! So many compliments from our guests! Now we go to them for every celebration big or small. They never disappoint, the cake designs are amazing and the taste is beyond compare! 100% recommend to everyone!

My wife and I had Palma's provide desserts for our wedding last weekend.  We aren't huge cake people so we asked for a multilayered cookie cake for just us, and a dessert bar for the rest of the guests. We set a budget and allowed them to choose everything for us, and it was easily the best decision we made when planning the wedding.  The cookie cake was beautiful and delicious, and every single other dessert from the bar was the best thing I've ever tasted. It's now weeks later and we're still getting compliments about the desserts. Alyssa and Palma are professional, creative, and passionate, and they couldn't have been easier to work with!

Palma made cookies for my baby shower this weekend and they we're beautiful and tasted amazing! She has made cookies for my family for many events and we are never disappointed. I should also mention I live 2 hours away and will order from her before a local bakery any day.  Thank you for making my day so special!

I just got married this past weekend and Palma's did my cake.  Palma and Alyssa were amazing to work with and the cake was amazing! We did more of a non-traditional cake and they both ran with it and did not disappoint. Would highly recommend. Also, their no-bakes are DELICIOUS!

The owner did a beautiful job working with my son's love of fire extinguishers for a special birthday cake on only a few days notice! Immaculate design, cost-effective and DELICIOUS! We highly recommend Palma's!

I've been searching for a decent bakery since I moved to Erie almost twenty years ago.  I have finally found the right place!  They did an incredible job on our son's birthday cake!  And it was delicious.  Everyone was impressed!
