Dusty from Palmer was so kind and helpful with us while we prepared arrangements for my dad. He and his team were timely and courteous. My dad looked great. They took photos of flowers and plants we received and included them with the corresponding card, so we knew who to thank, which was really helpful. Losing dad was really hard, but we could tell Dusty genuinely cared about us and dad, and we are forever grateful.
