Return Policy:
In-store:
We accept all UNWORN items with tags intact within 14 days of your purchase for return or exchange. Returns may only be processed back to the original form of payment. Holiday exceptions apply.
Holiday Returns:
We accept Holiday Returns until Jan 5th for exchange or store credit only.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
Online:
For items that are shipped, we are happy to provide you a refund or exchange should you mail your items back to us within 14 days of receiving.
Returns of any item should be in new, unused condition and with all designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. IF you pick your items up in store, you qualify ONLY for the in-store return policy.
*Non refundable items include: Sale, Tights, Socks, Hats, and Hair accessories.
*All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition. If there is any sign of wear, they will not be accepted.
*Store credit will never expire
Damaged items:
*Shoes and Handbags: It is HIGHLY unlikely anything will happen to your shoes or handbags in their lifetime that is beyond regular wear and tear. IF anything should happen, we offer to fix any manufacturer issues within 60 days of purchase. We use local cobblers to fix any minor issues. If they cannot provide a solution, we then will contact the companies’ corporate offices for a replacement. If a replacement cannot be made, you will be given STORE CREDIT for the purchase price.
*Clothing: We make sure ALL items we sell are in perfect condition. IF anything should happen within 30 days that is considered manufacturer error, we will fix that item by using a local seamstress. If she is unable to fix it, we then will contact the companies’ corporate offices for a replacement. If a replacement cannot be made, you will be given STORE CREDIT for the purchase price. REGULAR WEAR AND TEAR DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AS MANUFACTURER ERROR.
