Worst experience ever! July 2021, arrived there for two scans of which my doctor ordered. Doctor at this center, REFUSED to do one of the scans because of my age. HELLO AGE DISCRIMINATION! Then, the scan that was completed, the results were never sent to my doctor. Fast forward to September 2021, my doctor sends me back again with a new order, for a scan, and this time...the doctor ACTUALLY does it. However, he also did another scan in addition to the one that was specifically ordered. I only now found out, that the second scan was basically left to his discretion. WELL, if the first one done that day in September was normal, WHY did you choose to do another one? I'm thinking it's because more scans = MORE MONEY. So I am now paying for $600 for scans, when it should have never come to this if he would have done his job back in July. I will never be going back to this facility/location ever!

Prisma Health - Ballentine Mobile Mammography is great!! Katherine & Pamela were super nice & very efficient! They made me feel at ease, & it didn't take long at all.

Tracy and Dr. Bull made me feel so comfortable during my recent breast biopsy and took such great care of me! They were kind, compassionate, open, honest and very knowledgeable. They answered every question and kept me informed of everything they were doing and I want to say thank you so much to both of them!!

On time! Melanie, who did my mammo, was 100% and then some. Very affectionate and kind. Thank you Melanie.
