Palms Imaging Center was established in 2006 for the purpose of serving patients throughout Ventura County. Our story starts and ends with our patients, which is the concept and purpose behind our practice. We continually strive to develop and maintain trust with our patients and referring physicians in order to build reliable relationships. Our equipment is 100% digital and state-of-the-art. Digital technology means that the images taken are crystal clear and can be easily optimized by radiologists so that they can turn, twist, and zoom in to provide the most accurate analysis possible.

I was up north shooting a wedding on Friday. They called to confirm because I couldn’t get back to them because I was busy all day. They canceled my appointment for Monday. This place is a Big failure in my opinion had to reschedule for the following week is my time not worth anything to anybody I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Came here for MRI super nice and friendly the guy doing it told me how long and howong each part was was back in 2018 as well both times were great ...took me right in this time

Had a ultra sound done the doctor was alright but the receptionist was amazing told stephine that i was not able to make it due to traffic and she was able to fit me in at another time when the other receptionist didn’t want to. stephine thank you for your 5 star service you where amazing and professional.

I had a great experience getting my ultrasound done today! Tracey was very thorough, kind, and patient even when my baby wouldn't roll over. She gave my husband and I lots of pictures to take home and we were so happy that he was allowed in the room! I love how much information we were provided and the general atmosphere of this office.

Do not go to this place the assistance and lady's that answer the phone are very rude.. They tell you don't call us we will call you for an appointment. . They keep saying they don't have your referral. Just very rude. Go to other imagining centers.  You will regret it if you come here.. you are able to change your referral to another imaging center.. you don't have to choose them or deal with the woman that answer phones

The staff here are fantastic. The technicians we're superb. We'd schedule all our ultrasounds here if possible but unfortunately they do not take our insurance.

I went in July for my 12 week ultrasound and the tech was absolutely amazing. We couldn't record but she did dive us about 5 pictures. The wait for blood draw was a little long but once called back the MA was quick and knew what she was doing. Looking forward to my 20 week anatomy scan there.

After telling the tech I did not want to know the gender, she said. "Baby has HIS legs crossed" and then the other probably student tech was making squiting and weird faces when she was scanning me which really got me nervous and when I asked she said nothing comforting but "the doctor will get the results in 1-2 days" I had a terrible experience. the ladies at the front and drawing blood were friendly. but the techs I had for my 12 week and 19 week appts had no bedside manner. never going back there.

I have been to this location for multiple reasons, pregnancy, MRI’s, CT scans, biopsies. Every time I come here, the people are just amazing and so caring. They do whatever they need to do to calm your nerves, and it’s not just one worker, it’s all of them. And oh my gosh, the blood taking lady. Loveeee herrrr. Thank you for picking such amazing people to work for Palms Imaging. They make my experience much less stressful.

I had the privilege of having my last Mammogram, ultrasound and a biopsy at Palms Imagining this month. Their Mammography center is amazing! I felt I was in great hands with Dr. Pardenelle, Alexandria Pyrness and Laura Amico. Their combined knowledge, teaching methods and compassion was such a relief during, what could have been, a stressful time. I will always go back for my annual mammograms!
