I can’t speak highly enough of the first class treatment we received during the worst moment of our life. From the moment we called, to sitting down with Cedric, to the use of the funeral home for our celebration of life - everything was done with kindness, sympathy and compassion. The staff was always available to answer the phone when we had questions. The facility is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. When a moment in life requires this service, Palms West Funeral Home is easily the most beautiful place and has the nicest people to help you through the process.

Palms West helped my family when tragedy struck a few months ago. They served our needs when our hearts and minds were shocked and grieving. The following month, they helped us again with a cremation when our Mom passed. They facilitated between the funeral home in Cape Coral where my mother's pre-arrangement had been made many, many years earlier. They assisted us with grace and compassion and most of all, patience. Palms West is a neighbor to the community and a helping hand when help is needed most. Special thanks to Madison and Julian but thanks to all.

Palms West and their staff did a beautiful job. Very respectful, supportive and understanding. They excellently coordinated the entire Funeral Service, Mass at Church and Burial Service. We did Hindu funeral with cremation at this location for my mom. The funeral director lady was very annoying and keep bothering us. As soon as we entered, she started acting up and trying to dictate us, telling about her 30 years experience with funerals. She was bothering us in dressing room to viewing room to cremation. Other staff members were nice. We have to ask her to leave us alone in difficult time for our family, but keep on bothering us and treat us like s**t. Also, she was restrictive about the stuff in the casket and pressuring us to finish ASAP, we did all before time but she has no passion or patient. As per Hindu cremation, you apply clarified butter to the body, Funeral Director was stooping us not apply more we have half pound, otherwise furnace become hot. I didn't understand scientific reason about furnace temperature go up with clarified butter. Also, the time of creation, we want to put little fire before casket go into the furnace, she has problem with that too. I spoke to owner there, He apologized but his views were very much aligned with his funeral director. Also, they didn't allow family pet. They allow only service dogs. If you want to follow your religious belief, get the stuff written on the contract, as the person who agrees with you verbally may not be available at time of funeral. Worst experience ever. If you are looking dignity for your loved once, this is not the place.

I recently lost my brother and staff member Angela graciously walked me through the entire process of planning his memorial service. She explained the details of each service that included pricing. Her compassion and professionalism was welcomed by my family during our time of grief. My brother's memorial service was very elegant and serene. The entire staff was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

The staff was very professional and were very attentive to our family's needs. They did a beautiful job with the funeral setting and made us feel comfortable and welcome. Very organized and they took care of all the details with empathy and efficiency. Very lovely facility. Highly recommend this facility. Thank you for a pleasant experience during a difficult time.

Used their services last month Aug 2014 and I cannot say enough about this Funeral Home. From start to finish they were extremely helpful and professional. Heather walked us through everything in a calm and compassionate way. She is the very best and I thank her for everything she did for us. Palms West Funeral home walked me and my husbands family through the process of burying my loved one. Our Funeral Director, Julian, answered our questions, obtained us a burial spot at the VA and worked with us through.our special requests. He coordinated the Clergy and Fire Fighters. Any time I would ask what I needed to do, he would say "nothing, I will take care of it for you" Thank You, Julian.
