Palms West Veterinary Hospital (24 Hour Emergency Hospital)

After four visits to Palms West, we had to say good bye to our beloved Flash. We were treated with warmth and understanding throughout this very difficult process. The entire staff showed us tremendous compassion. I highly recommend this special place for your animal.

I love this office. I can not speak about 1 doctor. I have to talk about every person in the building. From the moment we walk in till the moment we leave, everyone has a smile and is always so happy to see Nala. My baby girl. I’m not an easy person to deal with so I’m sure they are happy to see Nala . I have moved and am happy to make the 40 minute drive to see everyone. Nala has the best care and she loves coming to the vet. Thank You, Thank You for everything you do!!!

Love it here! It was my 2nd time taking Layla. Im usually very anxious as she gets stressed and sometimes is not the friendless. But she did great! Both Dr. Glassburner the the vet tech were awesome. Layla felt at ease and I could take her muzzle off. Thank you!

Dr. Kayla and everyone else there is always so nice and welcoming. I can see and feel that they really do care about the animals that we love as family members. They treat them as if they were taking care of their own pets!

Top notch staff. From making the appointment to walking out the door. The ladies who run the shop are caring, kind and compassionate. The Docs are knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and on top of their game. Wouldn’t think of taking our dogs anywhere else. We are blessed to have such a wonderful group of professionals taking care of our four legged family. Thank you.

We have always had excellent service at your facility. I am slowly transferring all 3 of my dogs over to your practice; I truly appreciate the hours of coverage every day including the weekends. The Vet I am currently going to is closed at least 2 days of the week and when the vet is gone the whole office shuts down. I like the fact that you have a number of vets available to cover whatever needs to be done.

Great service and friendly people. Went for an emergency on Sunday morning and I was seen in 15 minutes by the doctor. My dog was bleeding with some sort of urinary infection. Dr Glassburner and vet technician were very knowledgeable and friendly. Will return for sure! These people deserve the business.

Recently switched and both our dog and cat have received great care so far. Staff seem to truly care and they try to be upfront about costs and keep them as reasonable as possible.

I will always bring my pets to Palms West Veterinary Hospital. They have knowledgeable Doctors/Nurses/Staff who always lead with love for your pet. They are by your side at the happiest of times as well as the most difficult of times. A truly loving place.
