Wow. My family medicine doctor, dr. Sarao, is nice enough and average doctor—not a bad doctor. But she has little communication with her team and one of her nurses called me up about a DOCUMENTED ISSUE refusing to send treatment because there is no documentation on the issue. Um what? Yes there is. Nurse wouldn’t listen to me and was rude. Wouldn’t recommend this place. At the very least talk to your doc, don’t talk to the condescending nurses.
Extremely double standard operations. We arrived were 30min ahead of schedule for a 3:30pm appointment. Dr Rose was extremely late and didn't even see us until 4:30pm. We didn't even leave the hospital until 5:30pm. Next time we came we were 9min late and they said it's only up to the doctor if the doctor wants to see us. My daughter has a high fever and she was sleeping. I had to carry her out of bed and carry her to the car and carry her in. She is 50lbs, and I tried my best to get here on time, these people have NO HEART and just want to make $$$ Then they told me to just wait or I have to reschedule or go see another doctor at urgent care.
They cannot bill visits as urgent care despite the fact that they have the words 'urgent care' in distinct letters on the building. Beware if you have medical insurance that should provide coverage at urgent care facilities-- you may end up paying for the bill out-of-pocket!
Great Pediatrics clinic. Doctors are very professional and polite. The staff is very nice and polote as well. My wife and I loved this place. They take good care of our child. I would highly recomend this clinic.
Terrible hospital. Drove 1 and a half hours with an elderly diabetic in 100 degree weather and were denied treatment because of our insurance, even though they never told us earlier. This is why we need socialized healthcare.
Such poor service! They messed up my urgent appointment and tried to put the responsibility on me. Really disappointed!
Depending on the doctor it's a hit or miss. Some docoters really show they care, others are so busy they just want you in and out so you have to come back tomorrow.
