I have been here many times. Tonight will be my last vist. It is always loud, the lady who answers the phone has no volume control, the last 3 times I've gone the people switch during the massage and the see 2nd person never knows what has already been done or where they left off. The always start late and end early. Many times they leave in mid massage and come back a couple minutes later. You ask them for something specific and that never happens ex: no hot stones and they always come back with hot stones. I don't like this place. They tell you the TIP is mandatory of $10.00 if you don't leave that amount they come out of the place to the parking lot to all you why and tell you that you need to leave more even if you didn't like the service. They don't understand that tips are optional.
First time here and I really like it. Price is good for their service.
Tip was mandatory to $10. They’re reason is because the service they give you is one is to one. What is that even mean? Of course it’s one is to one! The massage was mediocre not that good. I’m not coming back
Had a great foot massage. I was a little skeptical going in but definitely will go back. Communication is a little difficult but it all worked out. It felt like I was back in Shanghai.
I just had a great massage from Tony! I was in a car accident 3 years ago and occasionally get severe pain in shoulder blade, up neck and down arm. It’s been acting up for three weeks and after 70 mins with Tony the pain is gone! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will definitely be back.
My new go to massage! Amy is fantastic! Her massage is thorough and consistent. She packs so much in to 25.00 . I usually pay more than double that at another spa. Can’t wait to come back.
The facility was very clean and cheque. Most staff speak English, which was great. My deep tissue massage 60 min. was just the way I requested. Will be back soon!
I went to "PAMPERED FEET" {in Chatsworth} today to celebrate my birthday with three other family members. Our plan of action: the body & foot massage, $20 for 60 minutes.. Yes, you read correctly, $20. I had gone in yesterday to make a reservation--so we were accommodated without any hesitation. I have never needed a reservation in the past, but did not want to take any chances. : *I have been to this spa at least three or four times in the several years...it was even better than I remembered it to be. *Upon entering, there is an immediate sense of calmness, and you know you will leave satisfied and relaxed. ~Curtains are available to be drawn for individual privacy, or in our case, giving a sense of bring in our own private spa. Each of us had our own masseuse, who are well-trained in reflexology, deep-tissue massage, and matched to each our needs: almost like they could tell what our bodies needed just by liking at us-in a good way. : We all left feeling relaxed and are already planning our next visit. *****I would definitely refer "Pampered Feet" to everyone & will post on my FB page} and in fact I will be going again next week...shhh, don't tell anyone. :
I had to give this at least one star or I was not able to post my review. Read carefully before going to this place. I have been to this spa several times. On that day I did not have an appointment. I just walked in and asked for one of the gals whoever was available. I was not happy with my service and when the manager asked me how it was, I simply said I would ask for Cindy next time. I didn't want to get into it with her. When she ran my credit card I put a line through where it said tip. I did not want to leave a tip. I did not like the service. I was getting in my car when the manager ran after me and interrogated me about why I did not leave a tip. I did not want to make a scene as yy now the other workers in the business next door were coming out to see what was going on. Then one of the male persons from the spa came out to see if there was trouble. All this because I did not leave a tip! I was so appalled! This has never happened tp ,e. Now i will NEVER go back to that business because of the way I was treated. It was humiliating and embarresing to say the least. Tips are not part of the charge for the service. They are OPTIONAL. If you MUST leave a tip or they will hunt you down in the parking lot then that should be posted somewhere.
The service is excellent. The price is very fair and it can get busy, so call ahead and make an appointment. I like the relaxing music they play with ocean and nature themes.
