Marina had her assistant touch up my roots that should have been ash brown she colored them hat black. She didn’t speak English at all only Russian. And she talked on FaceTime with a woman the entire time I was in there so unprofessional. I don’t think she has a license to apply color products to hair. My color looks awful. I told her to wash it out she had no idea what I was saying and was annoyed I was disturbing her video callService: Hair coloring
Had to stop by while in NY for the weekend! They took such good care of my hair! My hair is so much healthier! The before and after photos are incredible. Linda is my favorite! She did such a great balayage. Highly recommend visiting this salon! They also offer massages

This place was so-so. The technician who did my nails did a good job- my nails look great! However, I did have to argue a bit to get her to cut them short, and then the color I wanted, and at one point she asked me if I wanted to wax my arms, which I found a bit offensive. My main issue with this salon is the complete lack of Covid protocols. One of the stylists was not wearing a mask at all, the receptionist had hers half off. There were no cleaning protocols evident, no dividers, nothing. I will not return for that reason alone.Services: Pedicure
The best hairstylist in NYC ! MARINA Performs miracles with her golden hands. Professional colorist. Queen of balayage. Skilled in funky pixie colors, such as mine. Johnny does phenomenal work with the scissors. All about precision . Sessy? With her soothing pedicures? Oh man!!! I’m in there every weekend. Can’t live without the touch of their art. The aura in there is just so comforting and hip. I feel like a MILLION BUCKS every time I finish out of there.

Absolutely blown away by my first appointment with Marina. After a bad experience with my previous salon, Marina put me at ease straight away, asking relevant questions at the start and offering useful advice throughout the appointment. She has such a lovely, warm personality along with a magnificent talent. She was able cut my hair the way I WANTED IT. She listens. I was always able to leave with beautiful big curls and waves. The salon surroundings are fabulous with an excellent range of the best hair products. Very pleased with my haircut and overall experience and highly recommend this salon and Marina in particular.
