Wow! Great Tres Leches and amazing selection of sweet bread. The ladies here were very nice and helpful. The cake was super tasty and a great price. They did a great job writing on the cake what I requested as well. Will be back soon!!
Fresh, soft delicious conchas, cookies and pumpkin empanadas. They also have cream horns that were delicious. I bought a lot since I do not live close, brought them home and wrapped them individually with parchment and foil them placed them in a ziploc bag for freezing. When I want some I take them from the freezer, unwrap and let them thaw in an airtight container and they are perfectly fresh just like the day I bought them. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the packaging when I bought them. I spent $40 and all my items were placed in 2 bags. When I got home the cookies were so soft, they broke apart in the bags due to being at the bottom of a bag. I would suggest boxing large orders so this does not happen or do not stuff so many items in a bag.
Best bakery in GP!! Since we first moved in years ago till this day. My quinceañera, Graduation and birthday cakes have all been from here and we get lots of amazing feed back from our guest, hopefully my wedding cake soon UPDATE: Got my wedding cake here as well.
Love the variety of pan dulce from this place! It sucks that the sausage rolls aren't available on weekdays! Definitely our new panadería to go to :
Best Mexican bread around Dfw, I love the quesadillas and puerquitos.. the pan has great taste, and texture is just perfect.
The sweet bread with the cream and sugar on top is tasty. All the cakes are light and a great portion. The prices are very affordable. The service is decent.
Call them a head of time and the pull my order, by the time I arrived was ease and fast, great prices and great pan dulce
The pastries are awesome, they have a good variety of Mexican pan dulce.
I was really disappointed. We came on a Saturday afternoon and I expected the bread to be fresh. I could smell fresh bread being baked, so I thought what was in the display case was fresh. It wasn't. When we got home we ate some and it was super dry. I always get the bread called tacos. It looks like a tortilla with both sides folded to the middle. The tortilla has cinnamon and covered in sugar. The inside is supposed to have sweetened cream cheese. It had none. I'm sure that we will go back. I hope that I will be able to write a more positive review.
I can always count on this bakery to have a cake ready! Tres leches with or without fruit! Yummy!
