Got in and served very fast. Most of the staff was very polite. Its evident there is no pre-employment drug screening. At one point a guy behind me said, ill have 3 bowls please. One guy laughed and said, "that sounds pretty good right now". Very unprofessional. Otherwise the food was good and prepared quickly. 3 stars
Icey day with no icemelt on sidewalks. Walked into a dirty dining room. We ordered our usual 1 pork carnita burrito and 1 steak burrito and 1 kid quesadilla. The steak meat was so overseasoned and full of fat/tendons it was impossible to eat. The quesadilla was so bland and tasted of moldy cheese, and we had already given some to our 1 year old daughter. I love Pancheros, but my husband doesn't care much for it, and this is why. Every time we go, we have a bad experience, so it turns him away from wanting to go again.
The employees are very nice and they put effort to make a connection with the customers. I think corporate should update this store a little bit but other than that everything was perfect.
Horrible food and customer service. “Grilled” veggies were nothing more than steamed. Tasted like hot water. Save yourself the trip and just find a chipotle Alternatively the hiring process must be really easy. Store full of high and snappy teenagers and their unprofessional adult partners.

Inappropriate behavior coming from 2 adults. I am dasher and I did not appreciate them encouraging me doing part of their job. I called to clarify and they disrespectfully and immaturely hung up on me. Very unprofessional!!
Don't go even close to closing cause the 2 managers that were on duty 2.3.23 at 8 pm just going to serve you cold food then hang up the phone when you ask too many questions about your order. Yeeeeaaaahhh no thanks
Was craving Chipotle so bad but with gas prices didn’t feel like driving so I decided to try Pancheros haven’t been there in years. I can’t express my disappointment. Yes, the taste is not as good as Chipotle but not even that. I paid over $10 extra for guacamole I got a little more than a small spoon full of guacamole & they were STINGY with the food. Every time I eat chipotle I eat about half if not 3/4ths & I’m full. This bowl was barely even full & definitely half of what I get normally from chipotle for almost the exact same price. VERY dissatisfied & disappointed. Defiantly still hungry, too
It's probably the best burrito in town a little on the expensive side but still a good burrito Vegetarian options: They have a variety of many different vegetables they also have tofu. Parking: The parking was adequate there was plenty of parking they share a building with ill say Jimmy John's on the other side but it wasn't overcrowded when I was there. Wheelchair accessibility: Had flat curved sidewalks for easy wheelchair accessibility.
Outstanding!! My husband and I moved out here from California in July of 2020, we have gone to 5 Mexican restaurants and all 5 have no quac and no shredded beef and ready made hard tortillas. We found this restaurant and you have all the above, wonderful service ,friendly and all for a great price!! Thankyou so much
