So good. We are new to the area and were looking for a place to eat dinner. The reviews were good so we had to check it out. The food is amazing and so many choices. The staff was super friendly. We will definitely be back.Food: 5/5
Well I was just in to much of a rush to eat this great food up I forgot to take before pictures but I will take some after although not sure they will be much help. This is my second day in a row eating at Panchos cuz it was just that good. Don’t forget to try the complimentary chips made fresh every day. Really good. Service was great, fast, efficient, organized, polite and service with a smile as everyone knows is a must. Which they gave. Floors and tables were kinda clean. Could have used a once over but I won’t hold that against them cuz as I am writing this review she is cleaning the tables as I type. Lol :
This is one of our favorite taco shops in the East County. Staff is super nice and attentive, food is always good and the restaurant is always clean. Their salsa bar is always fresh and stocked. A few of our favs are the rolled tacos, Surf n Turf burrito, Cali burrito, El Chapo burrito.Food: 5/5
Hands down my favorite taco shop. Everything on the menu is great. My only complaint is the prices are getting way too high for fast food. So much that we rarely go anymore & when we do they have raised the prices again. Too much. Parking: There is parking all over as it is in a strip mall with a liquor store. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and wide doors. Open floorplan
Decent spot. Location was once probably a great spot has become a so-so area. Easily missed, several crazies in the area and nestled in with tones of nearby auto last stores, and random strip mall, the locations seem like they have had better days. The food was great and a bigger than expected portion size. Price was a little higher than other similar type locations but the size makes that ok. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Normally I would give this experience 3* out of 5 but the staff was great giving it a nice bump.
Burritos now half the size they were. They are now taco bell sized burritos. Yet prices went up considerably. This place is absurdly lame on salsas. I mean lame to the point I lost 99% interest eating here. Quite frankly the salsa bar was disgusting and not maintained last couple times I went in. Every server has an attitude, looks angry, looks like they hate men, and looks like they will spit in you food when you don’t tip when they make you sign the receipt. This place charges to use a card. ……. I used to eat here regularly but it has gone down hill. Now I rarely go. It used to be busy… now it is dead. Sayulitas in santee blows this place away. Panchos only has one good salsa is the chunky and it is exactly the same as pace at supermarket all there other salsa are terrible and watery. The owners of this place need to save there business because its in a downward spiral.
They give you so much food they don't hold back and a good selection of hot saucesFood: 5/5
Ordered a Carne Asada burrito cost me like 15$ literally was just a tortilla with a sprinkle of meat they have a new cook who doesn’t know how to make burritos they were good sized burritos previously. They gave me a new burrito after I had to go back. So I’ll change my ratingFood: 3/5
Great food the best around, the salsa is actually spicy too the red one. The one thing to point out is that the deive thru can make mistakes or miss things from the order there has been at least 4 times this has happened before but its all good as long as you check the order before.Food: 5/5
FANTASTIC!! 10 out of 10 -- I think this is the first place I've been where the plate that is delivered actually looks BETTER than the picture on the menu : don't pass this place up - eat here!!
