This store has great, friendly, helpful staff! The people helping us this time and when we came by last year helped us with their honest opinions even when it resulted in us purchasing a cheaper option than what we planned on originally and packaged everything delicately and separated things based on who we were gifting it for. Even on Black Friday, they were patient with us and showed us multiple items when we wanted to look at things.
Visited Pandora to use a gift card I received for my birthday/Mother’s Day. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but after a brief conversation the sales person recommended the perfect charm to go on my rope bracelet.
My boyfriend bought me this bracelet with the high heel, black dress and lipstick for my birthday. He was so excited to give it to me. Unfortunately, he passed away that weekend and wasn't able to give it to me himself. I love the bracelet and went back on the 13th to buy the heart with wings charm in memory of him and his birthday which is Valentines day. The girl who assisted me was patient and kind. I kept crying telling her my story but she understood and was helpful. Great service I will be back every year to add to it.
Great staff that was extremely helpful to find my wife an amazing gift that she loves so much.
Recently I went to purchase a gift for my mother for her birthday. My daughter also wanted to purchase her something as well. The young sales lady was very kind and helpful! When we went to check out, all of the items we purchased wouldn’t fit in a small bag, so she was giving me a bigger bag. The manager came out and said it could all fit in a smaller bag there was no way it would fit in a smaller bag. She then proceeded to put everything in multiple bags because, “the bigger bags are more expensive and we need to save those for the customers that spend A LOT of money.” “Not that we don’t appreciate all our customers, but you understand…right??” This manager can keep her “expensive” shopping bags. I’ll take my business elsewhere. If I do anymore business with Pandora, I’ll be going to Greensboro. Pandora, teach your managers some class, because this one lacked it GREATLY!
My mom took me here on Mother's day to choose a bead. The ladies here make sure to acknowledge your presence. If they are packed, they will take your name and call it when they are able to provide one on one service. The lights make it very hot inside so dress light or just don't be in any phase of menopause because the dew will form on your fored. Other than being blessed with THE best mom in the world, I love Pandora and my bracelet! Thanks Mom!
The sales associate was rude and I plan on just ordering on line. They try to give you the most expensive unless you ask for something less expensive then they don’t have time to show you anything
Love the Pandora store. The customer service is unbeatable
I do not recommend this location for purchasing your jewelry needs. The product is always good but the ladies that work at this location are not. I went in looking for a Christmas gift for my cousin but instead, my children and I received a peep show. One young lady was wearing a see through black dress and no under garments. Another had a shirt on that was so low cut, we could see her belly ring.
Took my wife here to get her a charm bracelet for valentine's day and although we ended up making a purchase the experience was very "meh". They didn't have the original bracelet she wanted in stock and also the sales people are just bad. It's like they've never worked with the public before. They just stared at us.
