My fiancé and I were browsing, looking at charms. There were a couple of people in there and they weren’t busy at all. We were not greeted or anything, no one offered to help us look at anything. We walked around for a bit, and once we realized we weren’t going to be helped, we left. I will say that I noticed that only the people with fancy looking clothes were helped, and the normal people were being ignored. I can afford to shop here, so you should be able to help me instead of acting like a snob. I have two Pandora bracelets, and I’ll just stick to buying charms online. It’s a shame.
Never shop with them. Terrible customer service. Bought a charm and didn’t know you only had two days to pick it up. I work twelves and wouldn’t be able to. Called and explained situation, they didn’t want to work with me. They couldn’t hold it longer than two days. Just very unhappy and will not be purchasing from them anymore.
Horrible, I’ve never been more rushed in a store and the employing was very unprofessional. It started with trying to enter the store, it felt like we weren't allowed in the store, they had the tape up at the entrance like when they are busy but there wasn’t any other customers in the store and was greeted with a “wassup”, the guy that assisted us, wouldn’t even say he assisted, he didn’t let us shop around the store, when we went to browse more after selecting a charm for my daughter he rudely told us to get back to where he was like we weren’t allowed to browse the displays. We wanted to buy more but he never gave us a chance.
I have been trying to get a hold of someone almost two weeks now! I went in to exchange my broken bracelet I received for Christmas and the employee changed it out for us and she didn't transfer all my Charms.I didn't notice until I got home as she put it back in the box and bag for me . I called the store and the staff didn't know what to do they said the manager would be in the next day. So the next day I go up there only to find it shut down with a note on the door saying the system is down. Since then I have been calling and leaving messages and I cant get anyone to call me back. These charms are not cheap and I would like them replaced!!! I cant drive to town everyday to get there to a closed sign as I live far from there ! Answer your phones and messages! Don't ever get anything from this store their customer service is not good at all.
First and foremost DON’T BELIEVE ALL REVIEWS” At first I was hesitant to visit after reading some of the reviews...... But when I got to the store I was so amazed at how Covid-19 cleanliness this store was! Then I thought to myself “that’s what most of the recent reviews was pertaining to..... limited capacity, not taking up space for those who actually know what they want. My advice to those who want to just look around..... look on your phone so you know what you want, or grab there catalog. As for the staff! They were all kind, and patient to deal with a woman like me. The gentleman there had me laughing as he took apart displays so I could buy the product I needed, and the store manager I read her name tag Abigail and I was reluctant to even speak to her, but she came up asked me about my bracelet and as I was sharing it with her, she stepped away and came back and handed me an invite card to her church for Easter service. There was 3 workers while I was shopping and each one was super nice. Give respect Earn respect
Gina seemed to be nice to everyone. The girl who helped me out was the worst employee I ever saw in this place. Better be replace someone else. Otherwise one star is enough for this place. Also she had no name tag.
Abigail store manager is the one who assisted me. I needed to make an exchange on a bracelet that came in a gift set. I didn’t know I wasn’t able to make an exchange on just the bracelet, I’m clarifying I was exchanging for a larger size. She was upset that I brought the bracelet alone without the charm and was extremely rude about it. She told me she wouldn’t be able to help me and that I would have to “figure it out” myself. I had the charm in my car so I ended up returning the set and she said she was glad that I did because she now had the set in store to sell it.
I stopped for a Bracelet and received exceptional service!!! I was greeted immediately by Roshita when I walked up and was checked out in 5 minutes with the bracelet gift wrapped . Roshita made sure I had options to choose from and did not rush me to make a purchase. Exceptional service, well staffed and knowledgeable!
Came by about 5 in the afternoon for a gift. There was only employees in there and they had black security tape across the doorway. We thought the store was closed and walked around for a bit before coming back and asking when they would open only to find out they were. It’s very confusing! A sign on the front saying you are open and to ask for assistance would be nice.
Will always come back. Beautiful jewelry
