Denise and her sales team were AWESOME so friendly and made my exchange for me so effortlessy. I love them!!!! DON'T go to the one in Aventura Mall they are snobby and very unprofessional UNLIKE the Pandora team in Dadeland maybe Aventura can take a lessons from The BEST team in Dadeland. Today I went to get my jewelry cleaned and the young lady told me I can only get three of my bracelets cleaned, and I had to put my charm on the bracelets. She had the worst attitude ever.
I love pandora. I’ve never had a bad experience. Until the other day I went with my friend because we wanted to get matching rings. We asked the lady to show us a ring in our sizes and she paused grabbed my friends hand and demanded she wasn’t the size we were asking for. Then she brought the rings and she brought mine two sizes down. So I had to ask for my correct size again which they did have and mind you I own 5 other rings from here so I know my size Then when she was checking us out she was just giving attitude for no reason. We were nice with her through the whole process but she just had mean face and kept giving us attitude.
Came in today 11/21/21 to buy my gf a charm bracket gift set the man rung me up for 197$ after a promotion shortly after the other associate took it from me and said this was charged wrong after I was already charged and had my receipt they proceeded to refund me electronically and take back the merchandise . I had a horrible experience this ordeal took about 40 min. Then they wanted me to pay a higher price for the sale bracelet and when I agreed to just pay the difference they said no I had to pay in full again another 200$ and wait until my bank returned me the money from the original 197$ bracelet … a complete joke the people who run this store are clowns who waisted over 40 min of my time and double charged me for a bracelet . I would never buy here again .
Horrible. We were looking at the rings because the Falls location did not have my size available. I was also trying to look at different options they had on display around the store. I just wanted to make it a lot easier on whomever was going to assist me. I wanted to be sure of what I wanted to try on and not have them bring a bunch out for no reason, that’s all. So a store associate went up to another potential customer who came in after me and asked her if she needed assistance, the lady responded with no thank you I’m just looking around and the clerk responded with well you can’t just look around you will have to leave, I can say pretty much everyone was a little shocked with the response and the customer left extremely upset, I was in shock because that was extremely rude and embarrassing in my opinion. Then she comes up to us, asked us if we needed assistance, we told her not yet we were just looking at the different ring displays, she then responded to me with the same exact response “you can’t just look around in the store”. It was so rude, and so embarrassing for us, we immediately left. She offered a catalog as we were leaving but we declined. I’ve shopped at the Pandora at the falls and their customer service is GREAT, Cutler Ridge .... GREAT. But this one in Dadeland was unfortunately so bad. Now, I’m not sure if their protocol for customer assistance has changed since the whole pandemic, which I would understand, but I just feel that she handled us as customer in the most unprofessional manner. I felt so embarrassed when she said we had to leave.
Be careful if you buy a promotional gift. The bracelet that they gave I had to change it twice because the silver got stained. I went to the store and the answer of the manager, Cori a, was that they didn’t have a warranty because it has to be done within 30 days after purchase but if you see on the website says INE year. It is completely ridiculous.
Really! I went a few days ago with a friend to buy gifts for his daughter. He spent about $150 more than planned. Our assistant was happy. Lots of promises. Today we went to pick it up and it was a nightmare. I felt lied to and many people in the line felt the same. A lot of us were told the pick up would be immediate. Instead many people spent the entire lunch hour waiting. The biggest issue is they refused to do a return. AND, made us wait. AND, the once before polite young woman polite when getting the purchase said "It is what it is." It was an insulting experience. And, there should be penalty for breaking promises to customers.
Excellent customer service I bought my mom her mother's day gift from here... my bracelet was damaged they had it sent in and I wanted to exchange my BRAND new bracelet for another and it was done with no problem the manager Sandra was great! I will definitely continue to be their customer from now on and I will recommend others to purchase from there as well... they will absolutely almost always accommodate for their customers needs... i am very satisfied with their services!
