I really love pandora and have been a customer for many years. This is my least favorite location I have been to overwhelmingly. Every time I come into this location the sales people on the floor do not acknowledge me. They don’t ask if i’m looking for anything or if I need help purchasing am item. I have come on several different occasions and the same thing happens. This has negatively impacted my experience of pandora and I am going to find a new jeweler.
Managed to catch the sale and racked up. The sales woman was extremely helpful.
The employees were super helpful and friendly and I now know how to take the charms off my bracelet!
The staff is always friendly and helpful, before and during social distancing. It's always nice to see the same sales associates every time I go. They're as quick to remember you as you them. The order and pickup service is very convenient too, especially this time of year. I've shopped there for years and have never had a complaint.

Staff was extremely unorganized and very unprofessional. Employees were complaining about being too busy and not getting their breaks and other issues , that while are terrible, are frankly not my problem as a paying customer. I was there today with my mother, one young lady started helping us clean up some of our charms and when we wanted to purchase some new items she told us she needed to hand us off to someone else. Then we were asked to leave the store since we were apparently not next in line, I do appreciate their diligence to following socially distance protocol but we thought we were next since a sales clerk had started helping us. It just felt very chaotic, will definitely be given our business elsewhere
I was here today to buy a charm. It was a very unpleasant experience. This one young girl thay works there yells at me for walking into the store like I have many times before. I told her not to speak to me like that and she gets confrontational with me. The girl who was at the entrance actually diffused the situation by saying I don't think she saw me. They would only let so many people at a time. Then the girl who was assigned lacked customer service skills as well. She tells us in a rude tone "stay right here" and goes to get the charm. No smile on her face. I asked her about discounts available and she gave short answer like "Nope". It was taking for ever to check out. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience. Maybe it's the holiday season and the workers are burnt out. But still shouldn't be treating customers like they are a burden. I would rather buy online and have it shipped to the house.
Absolutely love Pandora jewelry! Stopped by to pick up my online order. The mall wasn't to busy for a Saturday afternoon now that the hoilday rush is over. They ask for a photo ID for verification for my order and I was in and out just like the trash on Tuesday!

I waited patiently for 15 minutes while browsing. As the store at the Galleria closed out I noticed 2 associates at the register along with what appeared to be a manager. I knew I was next on the list for help. They proceeded to all leave the sales floor, leaving one associate and head to the back room. BYE. You lost a big sale. I'll never step foot in that store again and will advise friends of same. Thanks for the "chain" experience.
