We took our granddaughter there to do her Christmas shopping. She is only 10 but wanted to get her mom & grandmas something special. She saved all year. The staff was super patient & helpful in assisting her to pick out nice, reasonably priced $25 charms.
The times I went and had the same experience, the staff very rude, for bad luck the same person has always taken care of me, she treats me as if I were going to ask for free,she make me feel very uncomfortable to the point that I don't buy in the store I prefer to order them by line. The only thing I asked her is to see the rings and she only pointed where they were, I asked her to please show me some of my size, she rolled her eyes and she started began to throw the doors of the showcases with attitude, I just smiled at her and told her to apologize for asking her so much she looked at me badly, For education I think that all customers deserve to be treated with kindness and they should change the staff, for my part I will not return to that store anymore.
Had a tennis bracelet that snapped and tried to bring it in to be replaced since it’s still under warranty and I have seen multiple people get bracelets replaced for the same reason. The keyholder or manager passed me off to another associate, I explained to her that I opened my jewelry bag and saw that it was snapped, she asked the manager what to do and the manager told me that the warranty only covers stones falling out. I’ve worked with pandora for years in the past so I know that this isn’t true. I didn’t even want to continue shopping in the store so I left. Ridiculous that I can’t get an $115 bracelet replacement for something that’s obviously a manufacturer defect.
First time shopping here. Very nice store. Not very expensive. But need more animal charms. Cats and dogs.
Nice and bright chain jewelry store. The shop has a large selection of 14k gold-plated sterling silver. In addition they carry their signature charms and bracelets, rings, earrings and necklaces. Prices are reasonable. Staff is helpful and courteous.
Customer service unmatched. Very nice, patient & helpful unlike short hills. Be sure to go during the week day or soon as they open, it can get crowded and the line out the door
me and my mom asked to have our jewelry cleaned and it was a 45 min wait. when we came back and they gave us our jewelry it was soaking wet on a paper towel that looked to be disintegrating by how soaked they were. they also weren’t even slightly clean. no help putting the bracelets on. there was absolutely 0 customer service. i’ve never had anything like this happen at any other pandora store. heard from multiple pandora workers that the willowbrook pandora is rude and snobby when u don’t buy jewelry. 10/10 do not recommend this store.
If you want to return something they don't let you return for your money back or put it back on your card. And if you want to exchange something they make you pay more money then you spent the last time. Beware Pandora.
Excellent customer service and excellent selection. Will certainly be back for more of my shopping in the future.
Sterling silver jewelry and often over priced because of celebrity endorsements. Overall, some pieces will last and others are fairly delicate and will fall apart.
